Normally I don't have an issue, but stuff has been missing from my last few grocery delivery orders. The one I got tonight was missing $100 worth of groceries from an $150 order. Idk if I'll be ordering delivery again, it's becoming a headache since I'm constantly on the phone with customer service for a refund.

Horrible store, untrained unprofessional manager and unacceptable service. Purchased a box of eggs, advertised on the shelf as $2.80. scanned, $3.18. Costumer service handling the issue is: "whatever the scanned price is that's what you pay. We do not honor anymore the difference in the price." I called the manager: she repeates the same: "we are not paying out any difference between the shelf price and what you scanned anymore." I suggested her that with this new rule that is not show up anywhere on the walls at costumer service they should take off all of the shelf prices, since the scanned price is the one, they charge people. So, no need for printed prices. The manager puts down the phone on me. They charge whatever they want, printed prices on the shelf are just for show, not real, manager is unprofessional and puts down the phone on costumers. I will stay away from this place.

This store always seems to have the best selection of like...everything and their prices are very competitive. I also use their Savings Catcher and that's a nice advantage too.

Shelves were a mess. I fell walking out hit the security guards car and he just kept eating. My buggy fell over and I was trapped between the car and the buggy. Thank goodness a young man came running and helped me. The security guard stayed in his car. I will never go back.
