Absolutely useless. Will take a day or more to fill a prescription. Today I was told (after waiting in line for half an hour ) they were working on it, to loop around and it would be ready. Wasted another 45 mins in line and it's still not done. This time I'm told to come back in half an hour or so. Worst customer service ever

This place has been the absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’ve sat in line for over an hour on multiple occasions and still have allowed myself to keep giving them chances and now they’re on back order for my medication with zero information as to when they’ll have it in stock. How do yall even run? Can’t wait to go through withdrawals because yall can’t keep your business in order.

Had surgery and needed pain meds called 2 hours before surgery to make sure my prescription would be ready they waiting till I got there after surgery to tell me that they couldn’t fill it because they only had the generic one. They had 2 hours to call my doctor office and get it changed. I had to wait 3 hours for them to fill the prescription in the car in pain. This Walgreens pharmacy is rude, hateful, and just doesn’t care about anyone’s wellbeing. They need to be closed with all these 1 star reviews I’ve been reading. CVS is where I’ll be going from now on.

Pharmacy is absolutely horrible, went in yesterday they told me 15 minutes for my prescription to be ready. So im walking around the store for 40 minutes then i go back to the pharmacy and sit and wait, and there were people being told to wait as i sat down. 30 more minutes go by and theres 6 people who got there 40 minutes after me getting there meds??? then i finally get mine and its not all of my medicine. i tell her and she goes "Oh thats because our truck is late we dont have that medicine" im like ok why couldnt you have told me that when i got here over an hour ago. literally bs

I had to wait over an hour to receive a vaccine that I had made an appointment for several days in advance. What's the point of making a vaccine appointment if you have to wait forever anyways? I also had to fill out all the paperwork I had previously filled out online all over again. And the woman assisting me asked multiple times if I was here for a flu shot when that was not the vaccine I was here for. The pharmacy here is so so poorly run.

I wish I could give less stars for this, but we waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes tonight for a medicine and not one car moved. The last few times I picked up my medicine, it took no less than 45 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. I get there’s a lot of protocols when it comes to filling medications but this is insane and if someone is having an issue with the order they need to go inside. A drive thru should be a quick pick up. We tried to walk inside and the line was wrapped around the store. My husband is just going without the medicine tonight.

My synthroid has been on back order for over a week, then it tells me I can get them quicker at another location. We’ll if I can get them, why can’t them. It’s their job to see my medication is available to me, if I didn’t have to use a chain because of insurance,, I definitely would not..

Everything I'm saying applies to the pharmacy only: you are guaranteed wait with staff who doesn't really want to be there. I came one time to pick up a prescription and they said they didn't have it. Called my doctor, doctor said it was there at this location. Called Walgreens again, they insisted they didn't have it. A few days later I tell The doctor they didn't have it, the doctor called them. Walgreens came to find out they couldn't spell my name correctly and that's why they couldn't give me the medicine. That was the last straw for me. CVS, here I come.

The pharmacist should go back to grade school and school for manners. When a prescription is called in and specifically what is for the pharmacist should not have to call the dam doctor to find out the same thing that is written you have a problem with people and don’t belong being a pharmacist or any other type of employee

I don't think this needs a 1 star because this is the worst of all Walgreens. This Walgreens was the best not today. I went to pick up my meds and this rude black women thinks that letting the person behind me and say"NO! YOU COME SIR , YOU WAIT!" and then saying my meds are not ready yet and come back when the doctor say its ready and tells me to move out the way. I will like to speak to the manger soon as possible to at least remove her. After that we came back again but a other lady was there and we asked for my meds and she gave it to me fast and was beings sweet and we told about the other lady and she says the this is the first time this happened. So right now I will to speak with the manger soon as possible.

If your prescription is ready, prepare to wait 30+ minutes in drive-through, in-person, or on the phone. Management says company continues to cut their hours. Corporate greed hurts both staff and customers.
