“ we card all customers “
I saw them not card people… and then they’ve tried forcing me to join their walgreens reward system so i could pick my meds… after i kept denying it on the pinpad. “ you have to join in order to pick up the meds sir”…. I dont think so Chantry… i do have to join anything, my meds are being paid for by my insurance… worse customer service ever. I just had surgery, in need of pain meds… but i couldnt get it fast enough because i wasnt a rewards members FML

The pharmacy is so overwhelmed with a real. I’m having to use a major company instead of my hometown pharmacy to help at the desk with very rude unhelpful, and did not look at my insurance card properly.

If I could give them zero stars I would, you have to wait forever it is ridiculous! I wish they would add more people to help them out! If I could go somewhere else I definitely would however my insurance states that I have to use Walgreens! Their website never works correctly, you cannot ever reach anyone on the phone to find out if your medications are filled! I have literally waited an hour on the phone and never got anyone on the other end! So you just have to come and sit and wait forever for your medications! The worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life!

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! This is the 6th month in a row my prescriptions are not ready on time. I've called ahead, used the automated refill option, and have spent countless time on their phone lines waiting for my call to be answered. Despite being reassured multiple times that it would be ready multiple times. Every time I come in here, it's not ready. They somehow never have any recollection of it hardly ever. Only a handful of the times have they ever had my medications ready. I've wasted countless hours of frustration, waiting on my prescriptions as well as lost time at work. As well as extremely long wait lines since they always seem to be understaffed. So maybe they should also consider paying their employees a livable wage so maybe we can get some competent people to run the pharmacy. Or Walgreens needs to update their systems because this is ridiculous. Take care

Do not bother with this place or have your prescriptions sent here, it's a joke and the automated system is annoying as hell, can't get anything done.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. Chad (perfect name for this) the pharmacist is rude and will lead you on for weeks about your medication. He lied to my face about my prescription and cancelled it even though I was assured that they’d have it ready. Chad could have called as all they seemed to be doing in the pharmacy was laughing and joking instead of helping customers. Go somewhere else….. this place does not deserve your support.

Usual in and out. When i show up, it's typically late night or early morning. The store is always spotless and well stocked. I always see a few familiar faces of the workers there, which says something about Walgreens as an employer, and Walgreens is the ONLY place i have prescriptions filled at.

For years people have been telling me that Walgreens is so much better than CVS but I've always had a good experience at CVS. My insurance changed recently and I had to switch to Walgreens I'll be getting new insurance, Walgreens is the worst pharmacy experience I've had in my life. I've been on call waiting for 45 minutes. It takes a solid hour anytime I have to go pick up my meds. They have terrible stock and are very unhelpful in finding replacements and discount codes.
