Caring and extremely loving. They made an appointment for me within an hour of calling. My boys were extremely sick and it was their first visit to the clinic. Very thorough with taking care of their needs while there as well as addressing aftercare for them. Addressed all my questions and concerns. The techs were amazing even the ones who weren't directly caring for them.

Caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, respectful vets at a reasonable price! We transferred to Veterinary Associates of Hattiesburg from across town, and have been very pleased! Both Doctors Starling and Chapman are exceptional, as are the other members of their team. I recommend them without hesitation. I know you will be pleased with their care and service as well.

Anytime I call to get my dog an appointment they can get me in fast. I’ve been twice, once because she was having tummy troubles and another because she seemed to have ate something that she shouldn’t have. The vets and the vet techs are all very nice and respectful. My dog is comfortable in their care. They are also reasonably priced compared to others. I do not feel like my wallet is being exploited. I highly recommend this clinic.

We love this clinic! They have taken great care of our dogs. One of our dogs recently had to have surgery. They got her in right away and everything went so smooth. Highly recommend!

Only one brief visit for a nail trim but the staff issue incredibly nice and respectful staff.

The staff there is amazing. We have one puppy that has never been to a vet and this was her first visit. She was scared and they treated her so sweet. All my other pups love them.

my small doog, Jesus, got himself involved in a big dog scrap and Veterinary Associates were able to stitch him up right then and there. they were super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

The front staff is very rude and dismissive. After dropping off my dog to get groomed and shots, we let her stay overnight and the receptionist told us to be back no later than 4pm the next day (Saturday). Got to the vet at 3:30 as the workers were getting out of their car and they told me they don't open until 5 but would go ahead and get my dog for me. 45 minutes later and still no sign of anyone coming outside to tell me it would be longer. They even saw me standing outside and didn't have the courtesy to say it would be a little longer. Very disappointing

They always take care of my Mabel. She just got her vaccines and a new medication for her skin allergies. They are always so eager to answer my questions and to see her day-of if anything urgent is happening. We love Dr. Starling!
