I was contacted by a representative and made aware I was eligible for a free upgrade. She made an appointment for me to meet in store. The day of, Christina H. walked me through a variety of upgrade options and succinctly answered several questions I had about phone features. Her professionalism, knowledge, and patience were top notch. She was able to troubleshoot an issue with my phone operating the Smart Switch app. I highly recommend Cellular Sales Hattiesburg for your device needs. The staff is highly responsive and capable.

The Verizon stores have friendly staff but Verizon's network in Hattiesburg is unbelievably bad. There are Dead zones all over the place especially in and around campus. Before you commit, ask people you know who have Verizon about the service around here and make your own decision, because Verizon sweeps the problem under the rug and refuses to acknowledge their network here is bad despite numerous people having issues.

Loved our experience at this store and with Lacey! She took the time to transfer the data over and was so helpful and professional! Our local store in Tennessee does not give this kind of service. We were even able to sit down and relax while doing the transaction! Definitely five stars and then some.

I went there to get my phone checked on and they said that my phone is coming apart but I will be going back to this store soon to get a upgrade there . If you need a great phone service go to the store and ask for Ali she will help you out with a phone plan. This is why I give this store a 5 star rating

Darius was great and friendly . Great customer service . He fixed my phone when I was having SIM card trouble . I was seen very quickly hardly no wait , and my phone is working like new . Thank you .

Very friendly people at this location. Took good care of my best friend with a phone replacement after his was destroyed. And helped my wife out with a screen protector. Thanks very much for being friendly and professional.

The lady in there kept trying to send us to every other place to get help other than Verizon. She was no help. Steve was great which is why they got 3 stars. I took 2 away because of her.

I appreciate all the help. My guy was on his lunch break, he saw that I was still trying to setup the two phones I just upgraded to, and besides the 2½hours inside the store...we spent an additional 25-30 min outside the store trying to fix an issue. I appreciate ? all the help. I'll come find you when I leave this tour to deliver yoa blessing. Man, your gratitude and patience deserves your own company. Thank you.
