My guy was on his lunch break, he saw that I was still trying to setup the two phones I just upgraded to, and besides the 2½hours inside the store...we spent an additional 25-30 min outside the store trying to fix an issue. Called in to see what to do about replacing my husbands phone due to being ran over and Fletcher Travis was such a great help! Super friendly and easy to speak with.
