I've been with Ernie as a stylist for about 12 years. I previously lived overseas and whenever I came back home, I made time to have my hair cut and colored by Ernie before heading back. Now that I've been living in Hattiesburg, he's been a constant as my stylist. He's genuinely talented in his abilities with hair color and cuts. He's also a brilliantly funny conversationalist! I always walk away with a smile after a few hours with Ernie :)

Ernie has been my stylist for at least 15 years. I follow him wherever he goes. He never disappoints. A master of cuts and color, you can’t go wrong. Everywhere I go people ask “Who cuts your hair”? He’s the best! Salon West is great as well. They are quick to respond and always remind me of my appointment the day before. Great salon with a great team.

Ernie has been my stylist for years! He is a magician- I cannot stress this enough…. You will leave his chair feeling like a million bucks! He is a whiz with color and listens to what you want and brings that vision to life. Friendly and professional- always goes the extra mile to make you comfortable! He has cut both of my kids hair and they love him!

Enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere. Have never seen any of the mean girl attitudes some salons have. Ernie is an artist at what he does! I've been using him for approximately 20 years and will follow him wherever he goes! Ernie not only knows exactly how to make my hair color look like it's natural, the cut is always flattering, he is always kind and makes me feel beautiful. All of the women in my family use him and could not be more pleased!

The talent of the artists at this salon is incredible! I’ve lived all over the country, but I’ve never received the quality of hair color/hi light/cut/blowout anywhere else as I have at Salon West! I’ve been a client for almost 20 years… I’ve been all over the board with colors \\u0026 styles, and Tracy and her team of hair-magicians keep me coming back no matter how far I roam!

After moving to Hattiesburg I tried several salons. I found a stylist or two I liked but not the salon. I finally found both a wonderful stylist whom is now my friend and a salon I feel comfortable going to. Thank you Jena Herrington and Salon West.????

I have been a loyal customer of Ernie’s for 15 years. He is an amazing stylist and an even more amazing person! I would follow him to any salon and have been extremely pleased with Salon West. It is a nice, relaxed atmosphere with a very friendly staff.
