Well so far so good.. I just rented a unit from them so it's roo early to tell but we shall see. So far it's been great. The sweet lady who helped was great! We did everything right there over the phone and via email cuz I couldn't make it there before they closed. Everything went as smoothly as it could. Hopefully my stay here will be just as great.. oh yeah price is alil higher than i like but who isnt right?!?!? to be cobtinued

Looks a lil sketchy at nite but over all very safe ..coded gate.. cameras and lights everywhere ..I like it..will see what long term happens..

The Oak Grove location is my current storage facility. Deirdre Bell is the property manager and she’s amazing! She has been a blessing and goes out her way to accommodate and understand every tenant. The property is clean, well lit, and never experienced an infestation of any kind. I trust my valuables with Deirdre and the OG location anytime!!

The unit I rented and the property are very clean. Deirdre, the site manager has gone above and beyond helpful ensuring all my questions were answered and nothing slipped through the cracks. That was important to me as I was having to rent remotely from out of town.

I just got a storage with them, I had a good experience but when I moved in there was a lock in the unit after I was already charged for a lock in the office, I assumed maybe it came with the unit, I honestly was not sure but I opened the one that was left in unit after I opened the one I was made to purchase in store and now I’m being charged $20 for locks. I wish I was told there was a lock in unit so I wouldn’t have purchased another one or I could have purchased one and known to leave the lock in the unit I guess.

They have inadequate cameras inadequate locks on the doors my unit was broken no help no call back or anything I'm pretty sure it was an inside job cuz you need a gate code to get in but when I called and asked to review the tapes I got a attitude in no response I don't advise anyone to put their s*** at this place a kindergartener could have getting in
