Went in this afternoon needing an upgrade for a broken phone, store was busy but staff were efficient and providing a high quality experience for everyone in store. The T mobile sales rep was quick and friendly while setting up my new phone? my best T-Mobile experience in years.

This Hispanic store manager is very rude and has horrible people skills along with practicing unethical sales practices.If you are getting a new line of device they will help, if not they say they are out of stock. I called them right before walking in and young lady says they had many of the devices i was needing for my wife birthday, walk in right after and they began to get device, after looking in my account seeing that it was an upgrade band not new activation refuse to sell me the device!Worst store i have ever been in!

This T-Mobile is Very Unprofessional I went in to get a SIM card on a account I was Already authorized on and they gave me such a Difficult time . I Have been with T-Mobile in the past for about 5 years and Never experienced this type of treatment. This staff at this T-Mobile franchise is Lazy and Careless and I def will be contacting corporate because I was Definitely treated Unfairly . Save your time and go to another T-Mobile in town this one is PATHETIC

Unfortunately, I too feel like I've been lied to as well. We were under the impression that our new phones were free. However, once we got our bill, that was not the case. We were also advised not to get a protection plan for our daughter's watch because they are indestructible. 1 day later it was cracked and scratched up. We also tried to add another person to our third line but the two times we went in, the deposit was different each time. Hundreds of dollars difference....we left another company thinking it'd be cheaper here, but nope.

41 miles I will have to drive to the nearest "in store" customer service! Absolute worst online experience I have ever had and will NEVER do business with again due to it all. Online promises a rebate for me to switch, port numbers, my current device were compatible and I would save $140 a mth by switching...all this should have told me it's too good to be true. Internet service is outstanding!!! Cancelled Hughes Net and saved a fortune. Unlimited data and runs every device in my house! Go TMobile!! Y'all should stick to home internet and get out of the cell phone business. Not your strong suit. Never got rebate. Paid bills for both companies because the service never worked. Phones were not compatible, needed 5G phones. Numbers did not port. They gave me brand new ones. $190 a mth for absolutely nothing! Plus the other carrier $140..for a total of a whopping $330 a mth for cellphone plans. 3 mths this goes on and back and forth with online department. Can't call in...carrier temporarily shuts off voice service because you have no service. Online never connects or just drops conversation. Or says "call in" then they have the audacity to tell me I have to drive 41 miles to update the phone number to access my account because I can't call in to customer service!! I hope in-store has more sense than online.

Very pleased with the service my parents and I received from KIMBERLY!!She was very professional and calm and really took the time to explain everything to my parents..Definitely recommend her for future customers and their care..
