Their properties are horrible. I stayed at villa des chene for 2 years and it was infested with the big cockroaches. I requested pest control several times and it never helped. I currently live in pine creek townhouses and they are infested with roaches. My sister lives here also and she is having the same issues i am. I have requested pest control here also and again it's not working. I was told they're from the woods. I have lived in apartments In wooded areas before and didn't have roaches. This is from lack of upkeep. The roaches have routes in because the apartments are being patched up. I will be glad when next year comes so I can be done with the roach motels.

One of the worst management companys i know , Pepertree apartments management sucks , Alot of crackheads always be on the property , They let people smoke all types of drugs there in those apartments including most times infront of people apartment building . AC was out for about two weeks before they fix it . Make sure you fully check before moving in if the unit is fully clean cause the oven inside was dirty inculding some areas inside the unit , Had to deep clean before putting my stuff in . Parking space is fine . The manager let other people knock on doors to sell you stuff etc . The 7 Shears rd apartments they manage also is no better than pepper tree apartments . Don't let this company rip you off for rent prices cause its not even worth half the amount they listed on their site .

This company has made an illegal move in court,by filing a lease agreement that was knowingly taken to court and fraudulently filed an amount against he and I, but his signature was not present due to us separating. I also shared that information to Lindsey(Lincoln square apt manager in order to obtain an updated and accurate legal document…She did not..Fast forward to now I’m dealing with Greg(SVN),after getting my rental history and see the outstanding balance that is made up because they don’t have any original documents of mine,but I do..they are steadily creating fraudulent documents that really proves the truth!! Wrong dates,signature tampering, etc.when it should have been some type of resolve without the false information that was added,to me and my husband’s history.They seem to think that he doesn’t care and that he and I are separated but talk regularlyPictures A. original unsigned lease and actual agreementB.actual lease and judgment in court (I was absent)C. The document that Greg has been producing the last week with his coworkersSee the difference in the details of the REAL(mine and the courts)and the FAKE(theirs)

Horrible Experience! They overcharge you after you have made payment agreements. I do not recommend this business to anyone. The staff at the office, corporate, or whatever that building is, the staff is rude and unprofessional. Please look elsewhere before you consider this as a residence.

I absolutely love this company and the property managers! Lindsey was such a joy to work with at Woodshire! Kayla showed me the apartment due to Lindsey being away for lunch and she was very pleasant to speak to! She made sure to inform me on everything that the apartment included and even walked me through the application process. She showed much patience to me and my husband and we are very grateful! Lindsey went above and beyond to lock us in this apartment due to so many others wanting the same unit at Woodshire! Thank God we got our cozy little home and can’t wait to move in! Great people and lovely apartment homes! I’ll update my review after a year of residency

I love this company! Every is great! They are truly a amazing group ! Everyone is so down to earth and easy to talk to! Kayla helped me pick out the perfect townhome for my daughter! Callie the admin was even more Amazing! Please use this company if you have a child going to USM or surrounding colleges.

Horrible experiences. I parked my lexus reversed last night because I didn't know that they didn't allowed reversed parking. I thought I can parked whatever I like in my assigned spot with the vehicle tag visible because I paid for the rent. This is so inconvenience. I thought I lost my vehicle becoz tow person didn't left any notes. When I go there they only take cash. That 2nd inconvenience. I have to paid like $250 for only couples of hours they had in parking lots. This is my first and last time staying with SVN own apartments. I won't recommended that kind if personal rules that had for tenants.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Spoke with them several times over the phone today. Each time they were rude. Scheduled a tour for 3pm still, the time she’d suggested. Got there at about 2:50, at about 3:05 I decided to reach out because I hadn’t heard from anyone. She then let me know that she was on lunch & had to come at 3:45 & then stated that her car was in the shop & not ready quite yet so that’s that. 3:45 came around & still nothing. I called back & she let me know that she was leaving another site about 2 minutes go heading to me. Another 20 minutes passes & so I give another call & she let me know that they are under staffed. No excuse for setting an appointment time & missing it. At 4:10 I am leaving. Very unsatisfied with the customer service given.

I have been at Heathwood for 3 years and never had a problem. Everyone is very professional and courteous. Any maintenance that's needed it's done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Heathwood to anyone. Thanks for the great service in keeping the apartments up to par.
