I've had nothing but good experiences there. Friendly service, great prices. I can tell them what I would like and they do it. It's been awesome!! I will keep going there. And I drove 30 miles out of my way! More than 5 stars!!

Last time I went for a trim i was dusappoint with rhe wait but it was well worth the hair stylist wasnt Scizor happy and i left with ling trimmed hair and not a bob

Our family photos were able to be done early so I had days to prepare. My stylist couldn't get me in so I ran in there. I asked for a trim with a subtle slant towards my face. The stylist cut , or attempted to cut a Bob and very short layers. I asked her about the layers because I did not want layers. She replied that it would make style look better. She didn't dry or straighten because I was in a hurry. The day of family pics, I straightened it. It was butchered. I have been growing my hair out and she cut more than I wanted off but due to the butcher job I got, I had to go shorter to even attempt to fix it. The manager offered to fix it. I went to my stylist to fix it because frankly I wasn't risking it at that salon again. The manager refused to refund any money due to her offering to fix it. I highly do not recommend this place. Side note....she did nothing but bash her manager and managers daughter the whole time she butchered my hair. Very unprofessional. I'll attempt to post pics.

My child went in to get a haircut today. Once home it was necessary to use clippers to fix. Obviously they knew their incompetence as no receipt for the rip off they charged. There are literal bald spots. They butchered a teenage girl's hair in the first week of school.Service: Haircut

I went in to get over 4 inches cut off. She asked repeatedly if I was sure, verified the length I asked for several times and did what I asked. I know they get a lot of customers so unsure so making sure is important. She did a good job.

For context I am a 23 yr old female, for example, I ask for long layers and got a blunt cut. They sit you in a chair and try to get you out as fast as possible, they have no ambition i the work they do and do not care about the quality of your cut. If I could leave a 0 (zero) I would.

Google and your door both say you are open, along with the open sign lit yet your doors are locked so I’m a bit confused. There is no sign on the door stating you’re closed for today, and no indication on Google either.

Really nice staff. Easy to make an appointment. FIRST class services and an exceptional value. Santana was my stylish and she did a great job.So if your going to use this place and I say this by judging from the other reviews, here are my suggestions.1. Book online2. Book with Santana, Kelly and Katie.3. Have and wear a face mask.4. Let them know you have arrived.***You may have to wait outside until it's your turn. And say why don't y'all make some seating outside available if this is going to be the new norm?)~ And as far as the restroom comment I didn't need to use their facilities but I would hope that they aren't sending clients to another location for this. Now that would be grounds for a disengagement.Other than that your visit should be good. Cooperation and understanding are key to the CHANGES being implemented due to COVID.
