I was sick with covid. I was behind on a loan I have with them. I told them as soon as I was able to leave the house I would come and pay it. Instead of waiting a few days they took it from my checking account that didn't have it in there causing my account to go into overdraft costing me $149. So much for a family oriented bank. They are family and the members are the red headed step kids. Needless to say I'm gonna pay that loan off quick and close account. I can't do business with people that will purposely cause a man on disability to go into overdraft. Just goes to show you that they are no different from other rich businesses. All they care about is there selves.

When in need of a banker go use Bailey Freeman. She definitely goes above and beyond for the customer. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience

I refinanced my auto loan with Bailey Freeman and the transition from my original lender was seamless. I was able to complete all the paperwork via e-doc which was easy to use and very convenient. She was a pleasure to work with & I know I’ll be conducting more business with her in the future.

All of my family's loans used to go through SFCU- not any more. From a longterm member who just closed their account, think twice and do your research before you enter into any agreement with these people. This used to be a great institution overall. Be sure to have your lawyer go over your mortgage papers friends.

I have been banking with Central Sunbelt for quite sometime. The past few days I have been working with Javier. He went above and beyond to make sure that as complicated and uncomfortable as banking processes can be, this was very easy and almost seamless. Kudos to you Javier, and thank you for all your help!
