They give you one price over the phone and another price once you're in the store. 2nd time, they've done this. Drive 40 minutes to get there. Not very honest, in my opinion. They would have received one star, but the last time they finally made good on the price after I walked out and the manager followed.

NEW store manager has the place looking good. All workers working, even store manager. ALL it took was a new manager who doesn't sit at the front desk all day.

This place is hit or miss in every aspect. With that being said, there is always something to be had for a good price. You can pretty much trust all the furniture to be in good condition or new, the biggest thing I’d suggest is check anything you buy that has a motor, we bought a pressure washer from here and it ended up missing a few pieces. But they also took care of it and gave us all the pieces from another unit. If you’re planning on buying a lot from here though, bring help to load it. The people loading stuff do not seem to really know what they’re doing. They struggled to get our stuff on the ramp of our UHaul at first and then decided they’d try to throw everything in the UHaul. Thankfully a manager came out and walked them through how to use a ramp.
