This Place Is Absolutely Horrible. The Manager Was Very Disrespectful And Lacks Customer Service Skills. The Cashier Has No Experience And Don’t Have A Clue On What The Store Policy For Exchanges Or Returns Is. I Brought In Items My Wife Could Not Wear Along With My Receipt And They Refused To Give Me My Full Refund. The Cashier Said To Me That She Does Not Know How To Refund The Items Without The Tags When The Items Were Clearly Printed On The Receipt. The Manager Was Very Condensending And Didn’t Even Take The Time To Look At The Receipt Before She Rudely Told Me And My Wife That She Can Not Help Us. I Have Filed A Complaint With Corporate. This Was A Very Upsetting And Frustrating Experience For Both Me And My Wife.

Whoever is the associate at the dressing rooms I am VERY disappointed with your customer service! There was no name tag to identify the lady but she was so rude to me the entire time. After I left the dressing rooms she went to another associate and within ear shot of me accused me of shoplifting! She continued to point at me. All I did was try on clothes in the dressing rooms!! That is ridiculous. I wanted to go buy make up as well but ended up checking out after the whole ordeal. I am not happy and will definitely not be back! I hope this employee gets fired

First of all I just want to say I’ve been coming to this particular store for a long time and today is Saturday which is a busy day for most stores… WHY IS ONLY 3 Register OPEN??? When you have line out the door? At least get a self check out for people who have to be back to work on time or hiring a new staff and for y’all to be as busy as yall are on Saturday and have the bathroom closed off to the public is also ridiculous , but I’m still going continue to keep coming back hopefully y'all fixed the issue !!

Store opens at 830am but they won’t allow you to try anything on until 10am. How do you expect people to buy clothes without being allowed to try them on? That is ridiculous. The store should have someone there to open the fitting rooms when the store opens.
