I worked with a gentleman named Mr. Jeremy. The good thing is that he was able to locate a transaction in question. The bad thing is that, in my opinion, his "friendliness" ends when you have questions about simple debits, credits and running balances.I have worked with Mr. Dillion and Mr. Cherelle at the Broadway Branch and I have received excellent service for more in depth issues. I stopped here because it was convenient. Unfortunately, in my opinion, I paid for convenience with poor customer service.Update: We just spoke with Ms. Crystal online at approximately 2:30pm on 3/15/2020 who said her supervisor said this is an issue to be handled with the branch.

I awoke to an email from Regions Fraud Division about a strange charge on my card. I immediately called the number provided. They were helpful. I visited the Turtle Creek Mall Branch and met Jeremy Roberts. Jeremy provided me with true Five Star Service. Fast, courteous, and very informative. If you have any issues I suggest you seek out this person. Great job Jeremy!

This bank is trash. They process your transactions in a way to be able to charge you NSF fees. Having you think your transactions are pending and you have no money there to cover it even though you go in and add money before the fee hits you still get charged a fee. They hold your direct deposit and wont release it into your account on time. No wonder they have so many locations to take your hard earned money for nothing. Branch manager stacy is unprofessional rude and looks down on you if you are a middle class since she is so high class or so she thinks!

I lost almost $500 in the ATM and I'm not going to lie I panicked. But after I calmed down, I filed an affidavit with Regions to get my money back and it was there in 72 hours after the investigation just like they said!

Was a customer when it was still Union Planters Bank. So we are talking 15 plus years . Service is at it's worse. While there are a few good tellers. Regions has lost its way. Sad. I would not recommend in particular this branch unless there is a change in management.

They wouldn't cash my check from their bank because I don't have an account there. Dumbest bank policy I've ever heard of in my life. If I could've rated no stars, I would have.

Worst bank in history. They closed my account because I got mad at my branches manager and called her names. After 12 years!!!! 20 if you count my parents accounts before they were bought out.
