Horrible customer service. My wife spoke with Francisco M/oj on 8/22/2022 and asked for a replacement check. She received a letter on 8/20/22 that said a check was sent on 5/14/22. She called and emailed Francisco later that day, not received any response. Francisco told her the replacement check would go out within two days. She emailed a fedex label for overnight service. It's now three days and the check did not go out. We feel uncomfortable with a financial institution that treats their customers this way. Don't do business with this company.

I've enjoyed banking with regions. This branch specifically always takes 5 minutes to clear up some stupid problem that the branch on Broadway claims to have, so that's nice.

Being open for 3 hours on saturday with no appointments available doesnt help your customers at all. If you work a weekday job like most people do, it makes it nearly impossible to get your needs met.Also, covid has been around for two years now. Its time to pull the "lobby is closed except for appointments" policy. Two years is long enough to figure out a way to work around a problem to be able to better service your customers. Stop hiding behind covid for your own convenience at the expense of your customers.
