Someone was trying to charge a large amount to my debit card and Regions texted me to see if I was making the purchase, I said no and they canceled the card. This is the 2nd time that this happened to me, but I'm grateful that Regions have people monitoring and caught it in time.

This is without a doubt the worst bank/branch I’ve ever had the misfortune to be a member of. If you need to accomplish anything, do yourself a favor and go to the one on 40th street. The bank on Broadway drive is full of rude simpletons. The smallest tasks will take them about 15 minutes to complete, and the whole time they will have an attitude that YOU are bothering them for asking them to do their job. I can’t even give them the grace of saying they were just having a bad day, because it happens EVERY time I visit. Save yourself the headache and go to another bank, any other bank.

Highly under staff and very rude. Each time I come to this location, i get up tight attitudes. The bank tellers think they're higher and better than the customers. drive threw stays backed up and when you come inside its no better. (People were standing outside the door!) When me and others started to complain about the long line and wait, a caucasian male that's always wearing tight clothes gave us the snake eye. Even laughing and drinking coffee as the lines inside and out are backed up. After of a wait of 35 minutes a black male behind front desk said to me " im on the highway get out of my way." Very unprofessional and childish! I didn't care to put him in his place because I was so ready to go after a long wait of standing up. The only reason I go to this branch is because of convenience. Nothing more or less. Hire more employees and teach them professionalism. The region's branch on 98 and Petal are a million times better faster and professional.

Went in to deposit some change I had accumulated over the years and had it already rolled and ready. I was told she would have to verify the amounts. By unrolling all my rolls and recounting and rerolling them. ONE. BY. ONE. I was amazed. I asked if they had a machine or anything and she said they didn't, that this is how they HAD to do it. How do I have better coin counting technology in my own home than a BANK? Took it to Regions on 40th and had it deposited into my account it 5 minutes. Truly bizarre experience. Just avoid this branch. Either the rules are ridiculous or the staff are lazy and incompetent. My guess is the latter.

Heads up - the slowest Regions in Hattiesburg. I drive out of my way to go to the other locations. Yesterday I was in the drive through line for 47 minutes…. 5 minutes into it I knew I should have gone somewhere else like I usually do.

DO NOT GO TO THIS REGIONS BRANCH! I went to this Regions location yesterday and the staff was extremely rude and incompetent. There was a new teller, an AA guy who I believe has Down Syndrome, and he was very rude. I had to explain to him what a withdrawal was, and I had to repeat what I needed several times. The line was out of the door because of the tellers' nasty attitudes and slow pace. They kept talking about eating lunch. Meanwhile the line kept getting longer and longer. Go to the Regions on 40th Ave. I always get excellent customer service there. I only went to the Broadway location yesterday because it was an emergency.

The Branch Manager was so friendly and helpful when I had an issue this morning. In fact all of the staff was friendly even though they were really busy and understaffed.

Ive been banking with Regions Bank for over 15yrs and I have never had one issue. This week we needed help getting paperwork that normally is done through that specific part of regions by the customer. And I was having trouble getting it on my own so i reached out to Regions on Broadway. I explained my issue to Mrs Stacy Thompson the Branch Manager and she immediately was willing to help me. She went ABOVE and Beyond for us and i cant thank her enough! This is by far the best customer service i have had in a long time. If anyone’s looking for a place to bank I recommend Regions Bank on Broadway! Thank you Stacy!

The branch manager at the lincoln road location doesn't need to be a branch manager. She was so condescending rude unprofessional. Ive never felt more embarrassed low class unwelcomed in my life and I never cursed or got ugly with the lady stacy I believe her name was. I work in this industry and if your looking at reviews I recommend not banking with this bank. She Stood up and told me I need to leave her office!!!! All because I was upset that regions bank charged so many fees for a transaction that they claim I had no money to cover. When I went into the bank prior and deposited funds to cover what I didnt have. She was so rude I didnt want to bank there and told her i will close my account. She says sure once your direct deposit comes in and clears the fees go right ahead like the way she said it her tone. She made me so upset I almost lost my religion but I never cursed or got ugly with her. I had my children with me. They had to see how the woman treated me I even brought that to her attention not to actime that in front of them. I left and went to another branch had called another branch on the phone while I was driving I was so upset. When i 1st opened the account one teller told me one thing when i put money into the account to avoid the fee when Ms. Karla on 40th ave explained it so I totally understood what happened. Basically you have to get the money into the account the same day before 8pm not while it's just in pending. Bija at the 40th location was very sweet in trying to help me. I'm not going to stop complaining on the branch manager or telling people not to bank here

I manage the U-Haul down the street from this location and I think my dog likes the employee Kayla as much as I do lol! She's swift with my transactions and my dog waits excitedly at the window for a dog treat every time! But I've dealt with majority of the people there, great staff as a whole! Simple and easy banking for personal and business

I was just in the branch and worked with Cheryl (sorry if this is misspelled). She was extremely personable and helpful with the complicated situation I was dealing with. I do not live in Hattiesburg, but if I did I would go to her for all of my banking needs.
