Horrible, horrible, horrible, and false advertisement!!!!!!!! Never coming back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible. The Black Friday advertising was wrong. Where my $50 gift card you promised? I sat outside for 3 hours in the cold just for you to tell me I have to spend $100 first?!?! No way! Bye bye!

Black Friday deal is a scam and things are generally overpriced anyways. Every advertisement for Black Friday stated that first 10 in line receive $100 gift cards and first 50 get $50 gift cards. Nothing was mentioned about the requirement of spending a minimum of $100 before receiving the gift cards which are not allowed to be spent until the following week. There were many disappointed shoppers that waited several hours before the opening of the store that left empty handed, including the party I came with.

I have recently visited this store a couple of times, and have always been greeted by smiles from staff, that knows everything about their merchandise. All the staff is extremely professional and helpful. I have had the privilege to work with Payton both times and she truly cares about her customers. It is a locally owned and operated business, that I highly recommend.

The only store who sells the product my husband loves. Never said hello or thank you. They did judge me the whole experience. Needed something done to the product and HE forgot about it within a few hours. Now I know why the internet is the way most people shop. Will definitely buy the brand he loves online. Don't judge a book by its cover, seems that's what most the reviews say also...
