I normally go to Ford in Wiggins, but I was in a hurry for an oil change and went to this Hattiesburg location instead. After the oil change, I was told that I needed new tires, filters, battery etc. I've never missed a oil change or car checkup on my vehicle in Wiggins, and was never told in the past that I needed all these things. The Hattiesburg Ford acted like my car wouldn't make it home because it was in such "bad shape." Anyways, had someone else look at it because that didn't feel right, and they said Ford Hattiesburg was trying to milk it. Tires and everything were fine. In fact they have about 20,000 miles left in them based on the info on the tire. I feel like they saw me and assumed they could take advantage of the situation. Save your money and time going elsewhere!
