Must be the employees listing reviews here. First, terrible business practice. Why are you buying a part for my vehicle when I was never informed said part needed to be replaced? On top of that the foul language exhibited by whom I assume is the "owner". I thought I was speaking with a child after he said what he said to me. I would include what he said in this review however it was explicit. These guys think they know it all when really all they know how to do is piss you off.

Car had a rattling sound and when they checked it out it was just a loose heat shield. They fixed it in 3 minutes and did not charge me a thing! They also fixed my A/C about a month ago and they did a great job. Everyone always wants to know prices but remember you get what you pay for. They are not the most expensive nor the cheapest. What's most important is they do a quality job and that gives you peace of mind. They are definitely my new mechanic. Highly recommend Pro Auto!

Hattiesburg cars had my car 2 months and done nothing but change my oil and spark plugs i heard abt pro auto thru a co worker, give them a call, they had my car towed from them to pro auto , within 1-3days diagnose my car within 2 weeks the my car was ready to be on the road , i had to get whole turbo charger removed and get a new one put in for my audi a3 they work with yu to make the full payment, they are life saversService: Check engine light diagnostic
