“The staff have always been knowledgeable and usually friendly, too, but the recent change to the “convenience” drive through letter boxes are anything but convenient! At night, you must put your car in park, open your door and leave your car vulnerable to carjacking, or close your door and lock it, which exposes yourself to kidnapping. Then you step outside, walk over to the box and fumble around for the small slit, drop your letter, and walk back over and get into your car. How do those with handicaps deal with the loss of convenience? Why did they move the boxes away from the curb & make a simple drive through into an unsafe inconvenience?!?”
