This dealership has no idea of what Customer Service is and the person that works for them as their service manager, Mr. Green really needs to be reported to Corporate Nissan with whom they answer to. Run don't walk away from these morons. They overcharge and are so stupid they actually ask you if you will give them a good review after they screw you over. Idiots!

I know that a lot of times even if you have an appointment with the doctors office, it takes a bit of time to be seen. But every single time we come here to have an oil change and tire rotation, it takes almost 2 hours. There is absolutely NO reason that it should take that long. I know they may throw that "We do a how many ever point inspection" at me. But I know that it's not true, because they said I needed a cabin air filter after my husband had changed it 2 days prior to coming in. When we question them and asked did they really check it, they said yes. So he showed my husband a photo of the filter and that it needed to be changed. Well surprise surprise, the color the filter was wasn't even the color he had changed it to. My husband walked to the back with them, and they showed him our filter which was still in the car. It was NOT the same filter that was in his photos he had shown my husband. I do NOT trust this service center. I do NOT plan on coming back. I can not recommend the service center, but the dealership so far the people seemed super nice. I am only reviewing the service center.

Charging an additional $2000 on top of MSRP. Remember this when all this low supply mess is over. Boycott this company do your business at another dealership or city.

Petro Nissan in one word? STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!! These people are assholes, they have no consumer service skills, all they care about sucking your bank account dry. Just to add insult to the injury, I had a 2020 Altima SL & I noticed a small spot of clear coat paint coming off on the edge of the front hood & these idiots have the balls to say that "it's not covered under warranty because they "think" it was in a wreck. Excuse me? How do you know that since it wasn't even no where found on the car fax report, it was wrecked. Do yourself a favor to save time, money, & headache, go to any other Nissan dealer, but this one.
