I purchased a Toyota 4 wheel drive that pace had put a 6” lift with wider tire, looked real good, 3 months after I purchased it I was backing out of my driveway and the front drive shaft broke, never had it and any mud, called Pace they said take it to Toyota Dealer which I did ,Toyota service department said they used wrong size shaft, called pace got the run around , finally takes to someone there they said it has never happened before, I told him there is a first time for everything, long story short they would not fix it or pay for there mistake would Not recommend them

We have been looking for a customized Jeep Wrangler in memory of our son for over a year and I looked all over the country for a company that understood what we wanted and how important it was to to my husband and I.
I can’t say enough about JB, Nathen and everyone that works at Pace. They went up and above to make sure that the Jeep wasn’t missing anything that I was looking for to match up to what my son had. They are only one of two places in the country that I found that does what they do but they treat you like family not a number they held on to my Jeep for 3 months until I could make the trip from Wisconsin down to Hattiesburg to pick it up. It was exactly as I wanted it.
if you are looking for a company that will treat you right. Pace Auto in Hattiesburg Mississippi is my one and only place I will ever do business with again even if it’s approx 1000 miles from my home. They are the definition of customer service and southern hospitality.

Nathan was awesome. Best truck buying experience I’ve ever had. Truck was ready when I came in and paperwork was ready. There was no “used car salesman” pressure and they were straight forward from the beginning. No hidden surprises, no oh by the way, they did exactly what they said they would do and then some. The bonus is being greeted by the Dealership dog Pacey!

The bottom line here is that you will never have a better car buying experience anywhere else. JB and his entire team made the process easy from start to finish. I called on a Friday and worked out the numbers over the phone with the agreement that we would come the next day from LA for a test drive. When my wife and I arrived on Saturday morning, the car was detailed and all of the paperwork was ready to go. All we had to do was test drive and sign. I'm not lying when I say that the longest part of the entire process was the test drive. They've got my business for life and they should have yours too. Thanks for all you guys did for us! We'll be back!

The team at Pace is 2nd to none! I worked the purchase deal with them from California over video and phone, they were responsive and extremely transparent. So glad I flew out and drove 1,800 miles to work with them!
