I was driving down 49 headed to a conference, looked at my hands and they looked horrible. I don't do manicures often but it was much needed as there were going to be a lot of professionals at the conference. It was Sunday so when I googled, most nail shops were closed. Neat Nails by Mary came up and they didn't close until 6. I got there and the staff was very nice and friendly, even though it was after 5:30. The lady who did my manicure did an awesome job, and my nails still look good, two weeks later. Thanks Neat Nails by Mary

I unfortunately did not have a good experience. I was hoping after seeing the rating it was going to be good. I paid $115 for a gel pedicure and dip nails. Nails turned out ok BUT they did not soak my current dip off they pried it off with an artificial nail. I showed the shape I wanted & instead of using my real nails (which were long) clipped them short and put on fake tips. Also they grinded my nail until I had to say repeatedly it was hurting and burning and had to pull my hand away. I believe it was people in training but still it was an awful experience. It has now been 8 hours since my experience and my nails are THROBBING & hurting so bad. (But they look pretty)

After being a new customer and continuing to come for over a year....I can say today was the worst experience I have had...Grant it I knew it was a Hoilday weekend and they would be packed so I knew I needed to be early ....only wanted a refill and color change. Got there at exactly 8 already had 3 customers ..was told gonna be just a few minutes. Fine no big deal..well everything after that was a disaster...was skipped over several times during the wait but still waited patiently. When I was finally gotten to. My experience was rushed and poorly performed. Asked for a nail design. Asked nail tech could she do what I wanted..yeah yeah sure sure..Got nothing close to what I wanted. As I'm normally a satisfied customer with no complaints..This time very dissatisfied. Like I said I understand It was a Hoilday weekend and are short staffed but still no excuse.
