5891 U S Highway 49. Ste 10. Hattiesburg, MS 39402 Yesterday I was going to drive to Gulfport to pay a relative's bill because customer service at this location has through the years has been so horrible. But, for some reason, decided to stop by this store before going to the store in Gulfport. To my amazement, I met Brittney and Mya. They were truly breaths of fresh air compared to the past. Not only where help in assisting me in finding the relative's number for I didn't have my glasses, but I also purchased a Samsung tablet and added metro pcs internet. Brittney and Mya, THANKS FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE AND KINDNESS. YOU BOTH ARE VERY WELCOMED ASSETS to the metro pcs store listed above. Hopefully the owners recognize who they have in you BOTH. Again, Thank You BOTH ❤

The experience I had in the store with the employees Abbie and Gravy was awesome . They weren't having the best day but they fully extended to me courtesy and respect . If I may make a suggestion that they put counter high chairs for the customers that are standing there for extended times while being waited on . Abbie and Gravy have the best day ever you deserve it and thank you to the upper management for their patience.

I have read the negative comment against this store it's ashame because the staff she great I always get a good laugh and a smile coming to this location. Thank you'll for the great service today. I love this store. The lady I think her name is Stephanie she always helping and she's very good at it.

Great Great Customer Service. Thank you Metro by Tmobile. The lady came to the door and letting me know that they're closing because of the weather and I didn't have a phone and my day as been a wreck. The manager stop and let us in and helped us. Thank you God for that and the manager and the lady was very very help and nice.

Although, i love my metropcs service and the over the phone experience is always great... this store and the customer service is horrible. The manager has horrible customer service and the appearance and upkeep of the store is even worst... I suggest and would highly recommend over the phone experience... or another carrier... Corporate needs to remove him or shut that store down.

It is a cheap carrier so set your expectations low. Poor customer service over the phone and poor reception outside major metro areas.In store customer service is good.

I must say I didn't except the customer service experience due to the location of the store. But I was greeted as soon as I hit the door. The guy that assisted me was very knowledgeable not only that he got me to add a line and upgrade for 10 dollars extra a month. Thank you
