Purchased a deep freezer at Lowes Hattiesburg MS. Went back several days later. The same freezer was 100 dollars cheeper. I asked the Assistant manger Drake to price match and I would by another Freezer from him. He would not even consider it. Went to Home Depot down the road from Lowes in Hattiesburg. The Manager at Home Depot matched the price and took off another 100.00....So I bought two more. Funny you Drake and your Lowes of Hattiesburg...

We went to Lowe's Hattiesburg during early Black Friday sale. I saw 3 dryers for sale in stock, called to confirm that one was availabl to purchase and drove to get it. When I arrived the website was still showing one available the young lady in appliances was not helpful nor enthusiastic about helping me locate the remaining dryer. She would not look in the back or help me search for the dryer I wanted. I was about to leave but the nicest man named Ray came to ask if I needed help looked in the back storage area and walked the floor to see if availabl. When it was obvious it was not available he looked at the computer saw one in Petal and called that store and had it held under my nam. He went above and beyond was polite friendly and just so helpful. I was so excited and grateful for his kindness and great customer service.

Costumer Service is horrible. not enough staffing to deal with all the issues going on. Self checkout has two to three associates standing in the area. issues in self checkout and pull associates away from customer service to help them, yet associate standing around why customers waiting. Poor management team!!!!

My experience this evening at the local Lowe's home improvement store very disappointing. The employees particularly the young man in the paint department, the young man in appliances, and the young lady at checkout were very helpful. Unfortunately management was not. I selected an item that was discounted and needed to have an override at checkout management was paged several times at check out, at customer service, and in the appliances department. Mr. Michael Pitts never responded. I waited for 45 minutes

After years of being a regular customer, I'll never step foot in Lowe's again... After finally getting to the only open checkout from standing in line, then the rude cashier tells me no cash transactions.... I left the roughly 100 dollars worth of stuff and walked out for the final time

I had to call and talk to someone in the appliance department and I was fortunate enough to speak with someone knowledgeable and strait forward. I got the information I needed and though it took some time to make sure every question was answered, the associate I spoke with made sure I had the time and patience to see it through! Thank you so much Justin for your time and efforts. I can't tell you how nice it was to speak with someone who was not in an all fired hurry to get out of doing their job!

Came in to purchase a washer, dryer and fridge all in one day. and the guy working in appliances was very new he let me know it was only his 4th day and that he was going to go get someone to help. 10 minutes pass by and no one is there, and then when the guy does arrive he does not help the new guy he stood around and talked to another coworker. So me and the new guy are just walking around everywhere, when we get to the register the two ladies were very rude to him and I, they questioned me on my dryer being gas or electric, and then looked at me like I didn't know what I was doing, I felt very humiliated, and unhelped, I walked right out from there and did not purchase anything. I will be going to the lowes in Laurel from now.

So I'm giving one star because none isn't an option. I was looking at a clearance door a 28x80 and asked the guy to pull the door out as it was clearance I wanted to look it over. I'm 5 months pregnant with four kids and he says um I'm not in this department. Will never understand people. I've hated this store forever I just ran in there because I was in Hattiesburg. Will be making a special trip to petal from now.

I really want to give a better rating because people like Todd and the gentleman with the pony tail in the outdoor section (don't recall his name) obviously care about the customer and their store. However, just too many others don't. Stood next to a register and four employees walking side by side parted like the Red Sea and didn't ask if I needed any help, which I clearly did. When I commented loud enough that I was surprised no one asked, one lady turned around, looked at me, then walked off. Unfortunately I think Lowe's knows they have such a great selection you can't find elsewhere, so they sacrifice customer service because they know people will come back.

This Lowe's has the absolute worst customer service. After being shoved from employee to employee, I was still without an answer after being patient for 30 minutes. I asked for a price on a toolbox. I asked to speak to the manager, which better helped me to understand the customer service of the employees. She was a female, and extremely rude and snappy. I will be at petal Lowe's today to spend any amount of money they ask for on a tool box due to their amazing customer service!

They are great from opening until about 5:00, but after 5:00 there are no people in the different departments to help you. The service level dropped about 3 months ago. If you need help after 5:00 head to Home Depot, I guess. (Probably management laying off people decision. Go somewhere they have enough people to help you.) Also stock of small electrical items is very spotty. Sorry to loose a company that had been well run.

I came in to return a part for my grille, at the return counter Carla (who checked me out) was extremely rude from the beginning. She socialized with co workers and had no interest in speaking to me. I then politely asked to receive the return back on my card, she "accidentally" gave me cash back. Not to mention $5 in quarters. I then went to look at rugs for my living room, purchased one when I got home there were SEVERAL razor cuts and HOLES in the rug. I then took it back again and Carla was there, I asked to return the rug unless discounted. She said she'd have to call management. She called Miranda (store manager) and told her there were only cuts. I interuppted "there's holes in the rug as well". She told me they could discount it 10%. She refunded it on my card and I asked her for her store number. I will never shop at Lowes again, especially the one in Hattiesburg on 98.

Bought 2 sets of 12 fluorescent T38 bulbs and other bulbs spending $150. One bulb in box is not working, rush back to exchange @8:51PM and saw employee locking the door (decal states store closes at 9:00PM). Rude guy says to come back tomorrow cause no one can do exchange. Asked if I could just buy another one (since cashier and self check out still open) so I can install the light and return the broken one tomorrow. Employee argue that all registers are closed (obviously saw couple people still using self check out). Worst customer service. Will never go back. Rather drive 5 min further and bring my business to Home Depot. Will tell everyone and post on social media for sure

Came here to buy a lawn mower.... Waited .. No one around to help... Went to desk, they said they would send someone over to desk 26.... Waited pushed the button .... Never came... Finally someone came , another customer intercepted the helper.... Waited another 10 mins.... Decided to leave !!!!
