I wish I could give 6 stars. The owners are two of the kindest people we have ever met and the staff is top notch. We broke down on the interstate and had to have our transmission replaced. They took us right away and had us up and running in no time. Roger, the owner even called to check on us a few days later. We were really fortunate to find such great people in a time of need. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at John’s Car Care. I brought my car in three different times for the same issue, and never received any service.
First, the staff was incredibly unprofessional. Each time I was told I would receive a call, never did. When I finally spoke to someone, they were rude and dismissive, acting like I was inconveniencing them by being there.
Second, the quality of the service was subpar. After dropping off my car at 8am, my car was still not serviced after 9 hours.
Lastly, I tried to pick my car up the last time, John watched me walk to the door to pick up my vehicle (which was still not serviced) and he drove away leaving me outside of the shop without my vehicle!
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at John’s Car Care. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Air conditioning went out on our vehicle on our trip to the beach. Called them from the road and they worked us in and fixed us up within a hour. Very good service to us! Life savers when it was near 100 outside!

Awesome experience, will recommend to everyone. I couldn't find anyone to replace my radiator for at least 3 or 4 days. John's got me in at 2 and the next morning it was fixed and they did it for 250$ cheaper than 4 other places I checked. Great customer service, I'm a customer from now on.

I took my car here to get a rack and pinion put on and also a wheel alignment but paid all that money just to get my car back even worse. Still wouldn’t hold the power steering fluid, and also improper wheel alignment now my steering wheel is turning all type of ways by itself poor job fellas!!??♂️

Honestly guess I shoulda read the comments before waisting my gas to go look @ a vehicle someone else posted for this company. The workers @ the shop know nothing about the vehicle besides what they have fixed. The vehicle they are trying to sell has major damage to the interior not to mention the exterior damage so u would b breaking even w the parts u have put into it y should someone pay 2 grand for a vehicle they would have to put another 3-5 grand in

In March of 2024, I took my car to John’s Car Care to get a CV axle fixed and it was after speaking with many mechanics and visiting 2 mechanics who couldn’t fix the axle due to rust. John’s car care fixed the issue in a reasonable timeframe and my car drives smoothly. Thanks John’s Car Care!
