A friend had a very bad experience at the Joe Hudson Collison in Hattiesburg, MS. It appears that the attempted to reuse a damaged bumper and the paint job was lacking. On top of that when this person asked about the way it looked, the manager was extremely rude to her. They had the car far too long for it to get back to her in less than optimal condition.

If zero stars were possible, that's precisely what I'd award, reflecting the minimal effort invested in rectifying my car's issues. Despite bringing it in for a straightforward bumper repair/replacement, after three visits to the shop, the results are far from satisfactory. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone seeking automotive repairs.

My wife brought her car here to be repaired after I minor wreck (in-network shop for my insurance). Everything was going pretty smooth until about a week later when I got a phone call from someone at the shop telling me someone hopped the fence and took a saw to a section of the exhaust from my wife's car within the last few days, I assume they were trying steal the cadalytic converter. Anyhow, the shop rep told me that after speaking with my insurance company, it was determined that I would have to file another claim to cover the damage and that the shop wasn't liable, the rep was pretty quick to inform me that in the work authorization that my wife signed, was a section saying the shop isn't responsible for damages or theft . After a little back and forth with the shop rep I was told that he would be getting with the shops regional manager to see what they could do beings the damage was less than my deductible. I called my adjuster afterwards and was told that nobody reached out to him and there were no notes in the file about the shop rep reaching out. Not calling the shop rep a liar, just saying that my insurance adjuster had no knowledge of the theft until we reached out to him. Maybe I'm being unrealistic but I feel like the theft and damage to my wife's vehicle should’ve been covered by the shop beings it was in their possession when it happened. I ended up paying out of pocket for the repair which ended up being a little under $500. I probably wouldn't be as upset if they would've just charged me for the part and waived the labor but I ended up having to pay that too. In all transparency, they did “discount” the part or so they said. After we picked up my wife’s car I noticed that the headlight fixture had not been replaced despite it being damaged. The shop rep told me they would order a new fixture and replace it. We went ahead and brought my wife’s car home with the understanding that when the fixture arrived we would bring the car back. After a couple of weeks I called to see what the status of the headlight fixture was and was told the fixture was in (Never got a call telling us it had arrived). We ended up setting up a day for my wife to bring the car back and we were told it would take 1-2 hours. On the day of the appointment, my wife took off from work drove 45 miles to the shop and sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes when the shop rep came out and told my wife that the fixture they received was damaged and they would have to order a new one.
I would not recommend using this company. They couldn’t care less about their customers. If you do use them, hopefully your car won't be stolen or damaged while it's there.

I was in a collision and went through them as recommended by progressive. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional and thorough. I got text updates on where my vehicle was in the process and it was very easy. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, my experience was with ease and I'm so thankful because having a broken car is never fun. Thanks again!

They had my car from Monday morning to Wednesday afternoon and had the rear bumper put on & painted all that.. was supposed to be done the next day. So finished early. And they vacuumed my car out & washed it. I wasn't expecting all that! Super friendly service! If I have to have work done in the future will definitely use them & old definitely recommend to anyone!Services: Painting

They could careless about getting the job done. I they actually forgot that a 2019 Ford explorer needed headlights. One thing I can say for them is day you call, they will contact you, your part just got there. The other thing I learned was they can’t put a part on the same day they receive it. it must be a company policy. I picked up the car on Friday and today on Tuesday, parts are falling off my car as I’m driving to work. I posted a picture on Facebook the Ford Place is ordering me new parts.
