Don't ever order shoes from this store online which is called SNIPES now used to be JIMMY JAZZ store in Turtle Creek Mall. Shoes came as if they had been worn, damaged, & defective. So I took them to the nearest & only store close to me. The 2 girls that were in store refused to return them. They were very rude & unprofessional it seemed as if they didn't want to do their job as if the money came out of their pockets. As soon as I said the shoes came in like they had been worn she immediately refused to return them saying u gone have to call customer service. Im from out of town & this is the only closest store to me. It had started pouring down raining when I got there. They did not want to help me at all. VERY INCONVENIENT! I understand the shoes were ordered online but the return policy clearly says u can return at any snipes location within 30 days of purchase. This was only 1 day after my son received the shoes. He was just trying to get shoes for school. I'm getting the run around. They do not provide a shipping label to send the shoes back. It cost 30 dollars at UPS just to send the shoes back. There is NO number to customer service. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NEVER ORDER SHOES FROM THEM AGAIN & NEVER WILL I EVER SHOP IN THE SNIPES AGAIN IN HATTIESBURG, MS IN TURTLE CREEK MALL! THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I went to look for my brother some shoes the store manager was very sweet and continued to make sure my brother got the shoes I wanted even when he was undecided she remained with a good attitude and composer. Overall was a nice environment they employees was very sweet and helpful.

Worst experience I had with Snipes! Went early in the morning to get a chance to purchase the Gratitude retro 11s. I was the first in line. And when I ask for my size in an 11, they said they didn’t have any in a size 11. The customer service was awful, dude came to girl and said “Guess ya’ll didn’t come in on time” but we was there when he was. I know damn well, they had my size in the back. Even the manager said the employees have “first dibs” on shoe releases. Snipes employees are doing dirty work by buying the shoes with their employee discount and selling them for more on the street. Definitely unfair for people who try and wait for a shoe first come first serve like I did. Wasted my whole morning and was first in line not to be able to buy the shoes I’ve been waiting for half of the year.

me and my boyfriend went in here a few days ago and the lady was rude to him the whole time. after checking out she thought he snatched the receipt and she started yelling and cussing at us as we were walking out. we then went to other stores and they told us they’ve heard some things about her.

Had never heard of this store until we spotted it in the mall. My daughter was looking for a certain Air Jordan and they were the only place that had it in her size and colorway. Staff was very friendly and patient while she tried on several different styles until she found the right one.

My son & I always have a good experience when we visit. The employees are very helpful. The gentleman on Monday even checked online for my son's size Jimmy Jazz is my son's favorite store.

The store is located in the Turtle Creek Mall. This is a very nice store to shop for clothes. The workers are very nice and helpful. Large parking lots for parking.
