“I needed to get my engagement ring sized down, so I called 3 different jewlers in Hattiesburg to see who could get it done the soonest. Two told me it would take 3-4 weeks, but Amay Jewelry Designs told me they could do it in one week. I had my ring back in two days, and they did a phenomenal job. It fits perfectly, and you can’t tell there was any altercation at all. Additionally, everyone working there was super friendly and the place had a great atmosphere. I’m definitely going here next time I need a jeweler!”

“Kedrick Cross is the most polite, sincere, patient, knowledgeable, and hard-working, sales associate (at the Turtle Creek Mall in Hattiesburg, MS) that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He spent 2 1/2 hours with my husband and myself, and 2 of those hours were after the store closed. He never looked stressed or annoyed like some people may have. He was cool, calm, and collected at all times. He tried every method possible to get my husband approved for the ring that I wanted. I was so relieved that we had such an awesome salesman while I was deciding which ring that I wanted. My husband was rushing me, but Kedrick never made me feel rushed or on a timeline. He definitely needs a raise and a promotion, because he is such a people person, and he is definitely going places in life. Thank you Kedrick! You are superb!!!”

With the holiday season fast approaching and parents looking for cute gifts for their children, I do believe it's worth giving the store another try.
