It's a bit expensive to use this service & I wouldn't have had I not had 2yrs to file. They said they wiped away the fees for one year & it still cost me over $1k to get my taxes done. Peace of mind is expensive.

I just finished at this location. First off 250 dollars to have your taxes filed is a bit nuts. They charge to much. Also the guy calls me back and says the IRS sent my taxes back. He wasn't sure why. I told him my name and social again. He repeated my name back to me and spelled it wrong! I corrected him probably 10 times before he finally realized he had made the mistake. I will NEVER file with Jackson Hewitt again
