“It was wonderful working with J. Allan's while furnishing my new home. They carry high-end brands but their prices were amazing- almost shockingly better- when compared to other stores. Their designers spent a lot of time discussing my layout, needs, and wants, and they gave many options regarding designs, styles, and price points from which to choose. They kept me up-to-date on my order/delivery status and had wonderful customer service when we ran into issues (manufacturer issues, discontinued designs, etc). I have kept in touch since initially furnishing my home, and they have been so willing to help me choose and add pieces here and there to make my spaces better. My only regret is that I did not find them before using some other furniture stores! 10/10 recommend, and I will definitely use them for more houses/projects in the future.”

The main thing I like most of all, is to that they make feel welcome and special at the same time because they greet you on first or last name basis. “My sister and I were passing through Hattiesburg on the way back home from vacation, and we didn't regret stopping here! It's the tiniest JoAnn I've ever been in but it had the biggest fabric selection I've ever seen in a JoAnn. There were lots of discounts and deals going on for fabrics and lots of steeply discounted last chance fabrics too. The people who complain about JoAnn's prices must either be lacking in other options for craft stores, technologically inept, unable to shop while discounts are running, or a combination of those things. You can access lots of coupons on the JoAnn app that can be combined with most discounts, and JoAnn has much better deals on fabric by the yard than Hobby Lobby doing 40% percent off fabric every other week. JoAnn offers up to 60-70% off fabrics on the right days. Rant aside, this location was a gem. The fabric associate and the cashier were both friendly. We'll definitely consider visiting this shop again the next time we're passing through Hattiesburg!”
