I was initially optimistic about using Grace healthcare, because of all of the really great ratings from Google. But my experience was different. I submitted everything the company needed to get our supplies and four weeks later I’m still waiting. After multiple calls in to staff, I have been told that it is still in processing or left with insurance or it may take two or three more days or something else. The last four times I’ve called I have been unable to get anyone on the phone. If I do happen to get a call back that person doesn’t have any information for me and says they will get someone else to call me back. Who knows what’s going on. I’m very disappointed with the service and very disappointed that we’ve waited so long. We just decided to switch with a different provider, Lincare, who Got our information and had our supplies in hand within three days. Good luck with Grace healthcare, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Amy was amazing! I was super nervous going in to my appointment. She answered all my questions and showed me how to use my machine. My visit was quick which I was very happy about.
