A month ago I would have given this place 5 stars bc I went with a group, and they were fabulous and kind. But today, my teenage daughter went by herself, and the man there was VERY rude to her. When she was telling him what she wanted, he kept adding charges that were not added last time. When she asked questions about it bc she was confused and wanted to make sure she knew what she was going to be paying, he rudely said she asked alot of questions. I hate it bc everyone we encountered last time was very nice, and they did a great job. Her nails look great this time, too, but I do not appreciate my teenage daughter being treated like that.

I have been coming to Glamour Nails for almost 6 months now. Always such a good experience each time. David will make your dip last for weeks at a time! Highly recommend and they work you in so easily.

I just left the salon at 01:45 pm on 07/16/2024. The man the was there was rude with me!!! He was upset with me just asking him questions. I will never go back there!

The wait was totally worth it!!! I had a mani/pedi and was very satisfied. I felt very pampered. I rarely do things like this for myself; however, I LOVED the tech, Ivy, and lived the services. I will be back!! But this time I’ll probably make an appointment.
Cleanliness: Very clean and well maintained.

Today, I went to this nail salon and witnessed something disturbing. A young Black woman walked in and asked about the wait time. One of the workers, a slim man, told her it would be a long wait, even though the salon wasn’t very busy. When she asked what he meant by a long wait, he responded with “3 hours.” She left soon after. About 10 minutes later, a white woman walked in without an appointment. The same man told her they would be with her shortly. This disparity in treatment suggests that the salon may be engaging in racist practices, prioritizing white customers over Black ones. Please be mindful of this behavior when considering their services.

My 1st time here was today, on a Sunday (and heads up they only take cash on Sundays by the way).. I always carry it, so no problem for me.. There was hardly anybody there, it was so relaxing.. The guy (don't know his name but will be asking for him when I go back) took his time and was very gentle with my pedicure.. I get ingrown toenails and he was very gentle getting them out.. I don't ever get my nails done because of my job but I always get my toes done and he did exactly what I asked for, was gentle and took his time and I loved the hot rock massage!! I will definetly be going back.

Stylist: Ivy is phenomenal!! She provided me just what I asked for and was very polite !! The salon itself was relaxing from the atmosphere to the other techs as well!! I will be returning!

I’ve been to Katy twice now and she is amazing! I was a customer before the new owners took over and I love it even more now. The remodel makes it feel relaxing and inviting. I can’t say enough good things about these amazing people!
