I asked for help faxing a one page document. When the option came up to select what I estimated the cost would be he put in about 5x the amount it was. I spoke up before he selected it and he told me it’s best to be sure it’ll go through. So now the excess money is on hold.

I was delivered my package today guy put it on ground I picked it up in front of him. Came in opened it had been ripped package was empty Dec 21 2022 around 2:30 It also has an orange sticker on saying package is empty. Why deliver if you know it’s empty Debbie Clifton

Because the FedEx office on Mayfair rd. blamed this location for my package not being delivered because of excuse after excuse. Delay after delay. I will give no stars if I could. Either the drivers are lazy and don't do their delivery routes, or my package was stolen by the driver "which called me the first day and lied to me" because I'm tired of the 8:30am tried to deliver no one was their excuse on my tracking. You can't talk to anyone on the phone because all you get is a robot that has a vocabulary the size of a toddler! And from what I've been told the manager here is disrespectful anyway. I've called my pharmacy and told them I will NOT be using them anymore as long as they work with FedEx. I don't think I'll ever get my package. Use a different company especially if you need medical supplies.

I went to get some copies made, but you had to insert a credit or debit card. I didn't have a card on me, but I had cash. The employee was rude and pretending to be doing me a favor. By running off 3 copies, he insulted my intelligence by telling me that they charge $5 dol. a sheet and that's what they have the copy machines for. I will never go in there again. I just can't imagine what a elderly person been treated like that. I've been to other places. You don't have to use a credit or debit card or you can have the employee to do an it and pay at the cash register. I will never go in there again.

The customer service is great. I needed copies while passing thru and they jumped on assisting me to get it off my phone. If your in Hattiesburg this should be your go to place.

Horrible and Very unprofessional, I spoke with the manager, Keith Maples, over the phone and he rudely hung up the phone in my face. It’s fine if you cannot fulfill a request but no need to hang up in a customers face. And that also goes for the rude female worker who also hung up in my face. Somehow my request was not an issue weeks ago when Someone who actually possessed customer service etiquette helped me, But its all fine cause both individuals have been reported to headquarters. Let’s see if you’ll hang up on them. ?

Passport photos NOT available. Apparently it’s okay for them to be closer than six feet to counter customers but not okay for passport photos. Also, under “notary service”, Google lists this location as having that. They don’t. I’m guessing that having to call anywhere you want to go to see what is offered is going to have to become the norm again. What WON’T be blamed on COVID?
