I never expected my emergency visit to end in making the decision to let my kitty baby go ... the staff was kind and answered all of my questions and were so patient with me the whole time ... they explained the whole process and what to expect ... it was the hardest day of my life, but their kindness made it somewhat easier. I know they did everything they could for him.
They sent the sweetest card a few days later with his little paw prints. I will cherish them forever.
And thank you to Wendy for talking to me on the phone afterward and making me feel more at peace with the decision that was made. It takes a special kind of person to do the work they do day in and out.

One of our cats got hit by a car yesterday. We had to take him to Emergency Vets. From the moment we walked in the door until we left, we were treated with professionalism, kindness, and compassion by every single staff member. Unfortunately, our kitty had to be put to sleep but they made the process so much better than it could have been. I very highly recommend this place for your emergency vet needs.

Friendliest vet around, they promptly saw my pet and took care of him all while having a wonderful and compassionate demeanor. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful experience during a very rough and worrisome night! My pup was sick and of course got MUCH worse after midnight when no vet was open - I truly didn’t know if she would make it by morning- I could tell she was not only sick but in pain, very lethargic, etc. I wish I would have remembered all names but to Dr Jennifer and the most precious lady at the desk on 7-12 at 2am, thank u- from the bottom of my heart. You were So sweet and kind not only to me but my fur baby! It means so much! She is doing much better and I hope to get her back later today!

My Boston woke up lethargic not moving and needed emergency care. I was 2-minutes from the place at 6:40am, which the lady told me they were about to close. I told them my Boston might not make it and they gave me a long pause and said …. okay. (Nice caring facility you have there)

Dr Ebers and staff have been nothing but amazing to us. We were under their care for 2 separate visits within 3 months. We highly recommend ER Vet. They took care of my baby.

The staff are by far the best I have encountered at an emergency vet. Even though it was one of the worst nights for me the staff treated me and my pet with respect.

Compassionate, helpful and kind. Their number one goal was to help our loved one. If it were a child people would not complain about bringing them to the emergency room at ANY cost.It is what it is and to us it was a godsend!

Hopefully it lets me write this without giving them a star. The markup on there ER visits is ridiculous. I went in a few months ago with my dog that was hit by a vehicle (he is perfectly fine). After going in and having him checked he was clearly fine he was enthusiastic to be there jumping around, wagging his tail, and smiling. After his checkup they recommended Z-rays because "even though he isn't showing them now something could happen later" after hearing that we got the X-rays just to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong and they still added $60 pain meds when he clearly wasn't in pain. Also just to note 4 X-rays are $450 more than 10 X-rays for a person.

My precious bigfoot west was there he almost had every bone in his body broken ..They put him back together again ..His name is Bigfoot West i know everybody remembers him there ..i dont have any pictures of him on this phone but they saved my baby ..Thank you all so very much

I called this morning in a panic after my young dog ingested a house guest's human medication. I spoke with Mary, who was exceptional in taking the information, checking with one of the veterinarians. She was so very kind and answered all of my questions.
