“Went in with my grandfather needing a new IPad, left without an IPad but with all the information we needed to do what was best for us. The integrity of the older African American gentleman that helped us turned our day around after being on a 2 hour wild goose chase! (We failed to ask for a name, but he deserves his props!) He told us exactly what would fix our issue, where to start, and walked us through the process of setting it up at home, saving us potentially hundreds of dollars. Both of us are Verizon account holders, and will be for a long time thanks to this experience! The staff there is incredibly helpful and very kind, highly recommend going to this store when you have tech issues!”
