Placed an order to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. Tracking said order was never made on Valentine’s Day. Move on to day after now says order was attempted delivery. Wife had no missed calls and no one came to our front door, we have video door bell. I am a car hauler and a retired Marine. I am on the road and spent a hefty amount of money to be let down. Completely unacceptable. Have placed many orders in the past but this will be my last.

Requested curbside pickup online, but the worker looked at me through the window like I was crazy. The arrangement looks great and I'm excited to give it to my wife! However, don't offer curbside pickup if you aren't willing to provide it as a service.

I went into the store to get an arrangement for my sister because she was in thr hospital and no one ever came to the front counter to take my order. I run the bell 3 times. I was so disappointed because my sister really love the arrangements

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I placed an order for my sons birthday almost 200.00 order and they didn’t deliver everything I ordered! Then I called them and she said she would refund me, but instead charged me another 151.00!!!! Never again will I do business here!!!!! I’m furious

I give this one star only because it won't let me make a statement without it. I place my order on January 25 for February 14 and it wasn't prepared no explanation or anything. I've run into problems three years in a row with the Hattiesburg location.

I placed an online order for a 9:30am pickup. This order was for a client meeting I had at 10:00am. I get there at 9:25 and the worker tells me I am early? (Okay I am 5 mins early). He later comes back and says it won’t be ready anytime soon and to come back in A HOUR. He had not even started on the order and proceed to tell me he couldn’t have had it ready at 9:30 because they opened at 9:00….. so if I placed an online order 24 hours before, the workers are able to see when the pickup time is…. So why was this order not prepared the night before closing????I came back exactly an hour later and waited an additional 20 mins. I had to push back an already planned meeting with my clients that I was in town for, and because of this, we were not able to meet at all. If the store is not able to accommodate 9:00-9:30 pick-up times, it needs to be taken off the site as an option. I paid $170 for this order to be an hour and half late. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered on line, placed specific instructions/request to have our co-workers gift arrive early. I called at 11am and was told that the deliveries wouldn't even START until noon. Okay, not an issue. By 2pm, STILL no arrival. I called back, was told the second batch of deliveries was about to begin, that she would be at the place of business MOMENTARILY. It's after 3pm... STILL no delivery. I explained that the recipient of this gift would be leaving early from work.I'm a little upset at spending over $100 to get a delivery ON TIME, and yet... nothing. They closee e at 5, guess that means she'll receive her gift tomorrow. Don't ask people when they want a delivery if you're not going to deliver on time. If I had known this, I would have saved money and picked it up myself.

Poor customer service. We paid $90.87 for the valentines tray, teddy bear & ballon. Paid $17 extra for it to be delivered to my job on Valentines Day. Never received it Tuesday ? ruined my vday. Couldn’t get in touch with anybody regarding my order unless I commented on edible arrangements posts. Finally I got a response, they said I was going to receive a call from the local store within 24 hours. Never received a call. At that point I was over it bc it was 2 days passed Valentine’s Day. I had to call on the 3rd day for them to tell me they “had a glitch in the system” and she would only be refunding the delivery fee and I could either come pick it up or wait for the next day to deliver. All that just to get mini pitiful strawberries! Never again.

Worst edible arrangements I’ve ever had experience with. No one answers the phone. Service is absolutely terrible. Needs to be shut down and cleaned out employee wise. My husband ordered $120 worth of strawberries, flowers, and a card. Strawberries looked like sh*t. And never got my flowers. I’ve called 5 times now and been on hold for 15+ plus minutes. Now I’ve gotta drive to the store just to get what was supposed to be delivered to me. RIDICULOUS.
