Eagle tire cross threaded my wife's skid plate after changing her oil. Upon finding this it was brought back to them to fix. They proceeded to cut one of the bolts out and creating large gouges on the skid plate and leaving the broken stud in place, they also used an impact the put the other cross threaded bolt back in place. When asked how they fixed it the front desk stated "idk but it's secured." Instead of doing the right thing and getting a new skid plate, drilling and tapping the holes properly, the manager stated he would clean it up and remove the broken bolt. If you created the problem and then proceeded to damage the skid plate because of it I believe the right thing is to fix it properly not clean it up. This is not professional and I would deter anyone from taking a vehicle here.

I would give this business 10 stars if I could. I was visiting from out of town and had a very flat tire. They patched it up and had me on my way in no time. Excellent customer service without the nonsense.

I had a tire blow north of Hattiesburg and called Eagle. They immediately responded to my aid. When I arrived at their business it was lunch time. They even drove me to the restaurant of my choice and offered to come get me when I was through. Great people, great service. Highly recommend

Brought my 2013 Nissan Sentra in for 4 tires and brake job. Left it over the weekend and Monday morning they call and ask me what we are doing to it. I told them 4 tires and a brake job and if the rotors can't be turned then replace them . The employee immediately told me they needed to be replaced. About 3 hours later they called me and told me that all 4 wheel sensors were bada d they were $98.00 each. I explained to them that the vehicle just needed to be drove and they would sync back to the car. They called about 3 hrs later and said it was ready (783.00 for 4 tires and front brake job) went by and was inquiring about what had been done and the guy behind the cash register became unprofessional enough to the point it almost became physically confrontational. I have never seen anything like what I dealt with at this tire shop. Tried to sell me 4 tire sensors for no reason and I'm not so sure the rotors couldn't have been turned. How can you know the rotors are bad when you are asking me what are we doing to your car? Took car to dealer and they said nothing was wrong with TPS monitor or sensors and didn't charge me anything. Bunch of thieving crooks! And the jackass behind the counter is an idiot with an attitude! Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had at a tire center.

I've been to them many times over the years. I don't just come for tires; I come for all kinds of service: oil change of course, engine acting funny, suspension sounding bad, etc. Unlike a lot of places, they've never tried to tell me that the car I've brought in for a mere oil change suddenly needs $400 worth of service. To the contrary, when I bring it in for a problem they'll often tell me that the actual fix is something less expensive than I expected it will be. Usually they're right. (Recently, for instance, I thought I needed a new battery, or a new alternator, or both, and instead I needed the throttle body cleaned, which cost a lot less than either.) They're always polite and listen to the symptoms I describe, and unless they're really busy they're also quick. Usually everything works out, but the two times I had trouble with their work they stood by both their service their warranty, in a good way: once they fixed the problem for free, and the second time it was simply that there was more than one problem, and they could only find one the first time.

I came in to have a flat tire repaired. Waited 2 hours before they finally pulled my car in. I think they forgot about me and put others in first.

Had a vibration, manager came out and checked us out, gave us the option of checking the integrity of tire and continue on, rebalance, or whatever we wanted to do.. didnt try to just sell us new tires.. hard to find good honest service like that these days..
