Terence Polk is hands down the most professional representative you will ever meet there in the service department! He listened to my issues with my family's vehicle from beginning to end and knew how to solve the issue with a great turnaround time! His communication skills was awesome! He was very informative on any and every issue that came about and got the issues fixed. My family and I was very pleased with the vehicle and we look forward to seeing Mr.Polk again .

Terence from the service department was the original reason we came here for service. He was very polite, kind and attentive. I was able to drop my vehicle off around 3pm and it was ready around 9am the next morning without a scheduled appointment.

Amazing and excellent service!! We've been bringing our Caddy for over 2 years now for service. Terence Polk always comes out to the parking line and entertain us right away. Very courteous, respectful, honest, and accommodating. Recently, I had my headlights replaced, but the carparts company made a mistake of shipping me both the R side headlights instead of the pair (left and the right side). So, what ended up happening was that I was asked if I would go ahead and let the service department installed the Right-side headlights and when the replacement comes, they would install it. I agreed to have it installed even though it was just the right headlight because I obviously needed the light. But then by doing so, I will end up paying installation fee twice. However, I was surprised to find out that when I had my other headlights installed, they cut me a deal and gave me 75% discount on the second installation. Overall, I have always been getting good service with Dossett and will always come back for checkups of our caddy. Dossett crews/employees always demonstrated good professionalism. Highly recommended.

It’s good to deal with professional people. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought from them. Well satisfied. My grandad bought vehicles from them when I was a kid I’m continuing that . Great people.

My tire was low, so I stopped in to get them checked. Terrance was very professional and immediately contacted a technician to check out my tire. I was provided with excellent customer service. Everyone was very polite, friendly, and professional.

Stop here passing through for a evconnect charge , and me and my spouse was standing outside waiting for the charge in the heat . And the dealership was actually closed and the workers came out and invited us in to wait while out car charge . Very professional and helpful . Good customer service , I highly recommend and will be returning when I come back tj Hattiesburg,MS. I can’t stress enough how nice these people were to us.

Terence Polk gave my grandfather fantastic service when he was traveling from out of town. He helped work my grandfather's truck in and got him out in less than 2 hours. Great service and customer service all around.

Horrible customer service experience. Very bad communication…I needed a body control module programmed. After an extensive search, I had no other choice but to take it to the dealership. Therefore, I had my 07 Cadillac cts towed to Dosset Cadillac early on a Friday morning. I was told before hand that there were other vehicles in line ahead of mine. With that being said, I was in no hurry. I figured maybe a day or two at the most. Friday passed, Saturday and Monday passed. I gave the dealership a call on Tuesday evening. When I called, I talked to, “Mon” my person of contact. I then get, “oh he said your battery is dead. You’re going to need a live battery for it to be done…” When I asked why wasn’t I called? I was told that he called and left a message. In which I know for a fact was not true. I’d had my phone in my hand since I dropped the car off, waiting for an update. If I had known that earlier, I could’ve taken the battery out and had it back in, in a matter of minutes if I would’ve been notified. Fast forward another day or two. Still no communication on the status of my car. I called after two days only to be told, “oh, we flashed that bcm. But, the car still doesn’t start. It’s doing the same thing…” Ok, so how was I supposed to know this if no one called and told me? At this point, I’m very frustrated. Not just at the fact that my car is still not working. But, the overall customer service experience as a whole. I proceeded to ask if it could be diagnosed so I could know exactly what needed to be fixed. Mon, called later that day and said that it was the engine control module. I asked how much would it cost to replace it. He said that he had to price and order the part and he would call me back. After a week of no communication. I went in and paid what I owed. And had my car towed elsewhere. Very disappointing experience!

I have been having my 2020 Cadillac serviced at this dealership for over 2 years. My check engine light came on Saturday, Monday was a holiday I went to the dealership on Tuesday at 1:00. Walked in and told them what was going on. They told me I should have come that morning and they would not get to it. They told me to come back the next morning, I told them I would wait all evening because I had nothing to do. They told me no I would just have to come back the next day. A young man can in from the shop and said “yea because I have one back there that I’ve had broke down for 30 days and I still don’t know what’s wrong with it”. After that no one would talk to me so I got in my vehicle and drove home and made it. I took my vehicle to Cadillac of Jackson on Friday at 10:00 and they were finished with it at 12:15. I gladly paid over $900.00 for the service that it needed. I will never go to Dossett again. This is my third Cadillac and I don’t plan on it being my last one. Run away from Dossett and go the extra miles for a more professional experience. They don’t care about their customers.

This was the fourth vehicle we've purchased through Dossett. I don't think it could be any easier. Erik Hunter is great to work with. Received a great price and a very fair trade in value. We'll be back for a fifth one day.
