Bought nike shorts for $45 for a gift but they were the wrong size. Went in the very next day to get a different size. This one was $40. Went to the register to do an even exchange and to have the remaining $5 put back on my original debit card. Manager said their "return system was down" and had to ring it up as a "no receipt return" even though I had my receipt from the day before. Manager said I would get the $45 back on a gift card which I was going to use immediately to buy the $40 shorts. Cashier, Rayvin, showed clear signs of incompetence of her cashier and customer skills. Ended up leaving with no gift card and no money back. The new pair of shorts rang up as $36 but Rayvin said it showed up in their system as an "even exchange." We stood there for 30 minutes and lost $5 or $9 in the process of exchanging a pair of shorts that was more expensive than the ones I received. Was late for the birthday party so I left without getting a clear answer. Upset that the employee's lack of knowledge and skill prolonged a simple exchange process. She said to her other manager "she was ready to go home" so she tried to gaslight us by saying it was an even exchange. How is it "even" if the receipt says the new pair was $36 (currently $40) and I paid $45 for the other pair the day before?

For some reason, the only Titleist collegiate golf ball stocked in Hattiesburg, MS is an LSU logo ball. No other selections. Bizarre as no one buys them. Why can we not have Ole Miss, University of Southern Mississippi, or Mississippi State?

Good store...do all my golf stuff there. They do a great job on all my regripping. The only problem I have now is the charge for hitting balls with demo clubs in their simulator room. That should be free if you expect anyone to buy your clubs.

They advertise for hunting items on line but was told we do not sell hunting hunting items really ??? You cant have your cake and eat it too???? Typical political liberal views.

Overall the staff was pretty chill so no complaints there. But pro tip: the store itself does shoe sales by COLOR so if the only shoe in your size is in a different color than what is on sale then you’re paying full price. And I think that’s stupid

I had the best experience as a matter of products and customer service. Priscilla and Kayla were able to guide me with attention and knowledge. Their personable customer service was above and beyond. Just moved to Mississippi and have a few equipments to get. I definetly will be back

No knowledge of proper golf club care. Pre-Ordered an SM9 and took it back to remove the price stickers. They doused the club in acetone, ruining the ferrule and paint. When brought up to someone in charge, they had no knowledge or concept of the damage done.
