Very unprofessional . Time on the door say open Monday - Friday 8:30 am -8:30 pm . The key holder walks up at 8:37 with an attitude and she we'll be opening late today. Did you inform the public because I don't see a sign in the window and online it states that you're open. Bad business just my opinion.

Everyone spoke when I walked in and the atmosphere was great! I didn't get the young lady name who helped me but her customer and communication skills were on point. She helped me find everything I needed even tho the prices are high lol but it's worth it for the quality hair! Experience was definitely great

I was looking for a braided wig at the last minute. Da Remix was my third stop. I really wasn't expecting to find anything I liked, based off the experience I had with the previous hair stores. However, I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted soon as I walked in. The young lady that helped me was very patient, polite, knowledgeable & funny! I didn't feel rushed or like I was wasting their time. I left the store with EXACTLY what I was looking for! I wished I got their names before I left. But the lady that helped me had on black glasses. Thanks for a smooth experience! ????
