This could be the worst pharmacy in town!!! If I could give them a zero I would. Called yesterday to make sure they had what we needed. Apparently they didn’t check and it is a Saturday and they said sorry ???Worst pharmacy !!!! Keep auto refilling things we don’t need

Really just such an aggravating process as a whole. I have had multiple bad experiences here and really just miss my old pharmacy. If you have a choice, I'd choose Newpointe pharmacy over this train wreck every time.

Absolutely HORRID "customer service" (if you dare call it that). Waited for Pharmacy to open 2 minutes late. The tech that took my prescription was late for work and obviously wanted to be elsewhere and was especially rude. And after taking >30 minutes of my time, matter-of-factly informed me they didn't have my med and would have to order it. I found it at another Pharmacy and asked for a transfer and had to have the Prescription FAXED to their competitor (which, I am told is unheard of - usual practice is to give it verbally to another Druggist). And it took well over an hour to receive the Fax. The only excuse was that we were lazy or being vindictive, either would mean unprofessional behavior by a supposed "professional". I would not fill my neighbor's dog's prescription there. My shadow will never grace their doorstep again.

This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have been. The pharmacist is extremely rude. The service is terrible, they make you wait for a long time regardless if it is inside or drive thru service.When I complaint about the service they ever threat me with not giving me my medication and they were going to transfer it to a different location ( how rude) . From now on I will request a different location. Terrible, terrible service.

Just went in there and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Very unclean. Will be changing pharmacies because of the unsanitary environment.

Used the bathroom and took my little boy in there to change him and I immediately walked out. It is RIDICULOUS for a pharmacy of all places to have a bathroom that disgusting.

Ridiculous. Supposed to open at 9. It was 9:45 before pharmacists showed up. Glad I’m not in need of some sort of essential medicine. I can understand a couple minutes late, rough morning, etc. Other customers in line have said this has happened before with pharmacist showing up an hour late before.

Wish there was a zero. My husband is sick … they close for lunch in front of me “knowing they aren’t coming back” .. we waited 30 minutes (if they weren’t going to come back they need to put a sign… but since they saw I was waiting they could have told me )A worker in the pharmacy area never told me as I am sitting in a chair by the pharmacy waiting.They did have a sign….but not the hours they were actually working .

I waited in line for 15 minutes. When I pulled up to the drive thru window it had just turned 8 o'clock, and the young lady at the window shut the window in my face and told me to come back tomorrow. I was literally the last person in line, my prescription was already paid for (I'd received a text message letting me know it was ready), and it had just rolled over to 8 o'clock. And the pharmacist couldn't be bothered to do the bare minimum.

Absolutely love this pharmacy staff!! they are so helpful and always so kind to me and my dog! They know me and my dog by name and always give my little one a puppy treat! Love love love them!
