Effing Candyland compared to Planet Fitness. If you want a gym where you can make some gains at a reasonable price this is it.

Overall, good. But I’m hopeful you guys do something about the lights. It hurts on the eyes and need an upgrade

I'm leaving 5 stars because I haven't actually been (lately) and I don't think this is reflective of this particular Crunch location...however...many of the gyms in Hattiesburg (PF, Merit Health Wellness Center, and Crunch) use the Matrix line of equipment and IMO it is terrible. Limited range of motion and I don't feel like I get any benefit of my time spent on the machines. The handles on the elliptical are so large I can't wrap my hands around them and the ellipticals feel like they were designed for very tall people. I hope the next time the gyms in Hattiesburg look to upgrade their equipment they will consider having less but higher quality machines (Life Fitness, Precor, and Nautilus).

Staff is always super nice and helpful. There’s also a wide range of available equipment. The best affordable option when it comes to gyms in Hattiesburg.

Best public gym with a great crew!!! Equipment stays clean and moderately up to date. There is not a better public gym for the price I pay here in Hattiesburg.

the team members are very nice and they're open 24 hours but it is extremely busy even at night and you have to share your equipment and youre left waiting in between your sets for stuff to free up and there's no privacy it's all one big open square room so there's no nooks to sort of Branch off and do your own private thing in especially for floor work and the machines are so close together too... I'm sure some people don't mind waiting and being crowded but I happen to

There’s a beautiful lady that works the counter and she is just sooo sweet and helpful. I believe it was Hannah and she was wonderful.

This gym is runned down by current management. They have a bunch of unprofessional and amateur people working. Some of them will gather and chitchat in the middle of the entrance, paid gym member will have to go around or find the way to go in or out. Most of the equipment are out of order for a long time. Bathroom always dirty and never been cleaned.. Management really needs to do something otherwise this place will be shut down soon.

One of the best gyms I've visited. Lots of weights and racks and machines. They also do a one day pass for people just visiting the beautiful city of Hattiesburg.

The equipment is a little worn, and it's always busy but what else would you expect from a college town. Other than that, great atmosphere and staff.

While the gym cost is low and yes 24/7 so you can train pretty much whenever. The issue I see is:Equipment down for long periods of timeThere is not enough equipment for those who focus on the big 3 liftsThe benches by the free weights always seem halfway fixed. That being said, you may sit down and the seat will move, or they are not fully bolted to the floorStaff is kinda solid beside one of their managers, I think. She is rude and stuck up, so be mindful when around her. Multiple times, she has cut people off in mid conversation with the staff. No mannerisms what so ever. Most of the time, she is gone or hiding in the officeBathrooms are way too small for the size of the gym and how many people come in during the morningFrom what I've seen, the training team is more focused on beginners, which is great.

Equipment layout is awful feels super cramped, no space to do anything without feeling like you’re in someone’s way. AC feels like it barely works too. the equipment does not get much maintenance either. Take notes from the Petal crunch

I love that this gym is open 24/7! I was a member at Planet Fitness, and they closed at 10 most nights. Plus, I got a t-shirt ?️! My daughter and I both got memberships. Now I'm just waiting for my son to turn 13 in a week and a half so we can bring him as our guest. Oh, and the hydro massage beds are down right amazing! Finally, my favorite amenity is the tanning service! ???? ?⭐️

I’ve felt uncomfortable in this environment two times I’ve gone. The facility is always over crowded even at 5am. Sanitizing each station after using isn’t enforced at all. The fees are RIDICULOUS, the advertisement is always big & bold but, the cancellation fees hidden & are more than the joining fee. I left messages for a manager to call me he/she never called I even sent an email to the number in the reviews below. I never got a reply. Communication doesn’t exist unless it’s about them getting MORE MONEY!!! I’ve checked in twice in 7 months and paid well over $150 in fees. I’ve requested to cancel membership that I basically haven't used and was told I’d have to pay another $75 this is crazy. Why force someone to keep a membership they aren’t using!!! The staffing seem to be clueless every question I had was followed by a let me ask, I’m not sure, I’m new, I don’t know, this shows this establishment is awful. No thought was put into anything they do other than to scheme people out of their money. I hope my review HELPS deter others from joining & they will find some where else to work out at.
