Misty Watkins was very sweet and helpful from start to finish. I came in 30 minutes before closing and she never once acted as if she was ready to go or couldn’t help come up with a solution.

I’m not usually one to complain however this location and it’s workers are LAZY. Two elderly ladies walked in to get help and two employees Brittany and the lady in the left office as you walk in the door never acknowledged these two ladies. The ladies turned around to walk out. Once I walked in needing a new card I stood there for roughly 5 minutes before being asked if I could be helped. After stating I needed to see about getting a new card the lady responded “I’ll be with you in a minute.” I waited and waited as the two workers gossiped about their daily lives and finally said forget it. I will NOT GO BACK TO THE LOCATION. When I called to let the branch manager know she took up for the worker stating that maybe she was seeing what my options were. She wasn’t because I could literally hear their whole conversation. Stay away. Unprofessional.

I just left from working with Misty Watkins the branch manager and when I say she was amazing! Her personality, her knowledge, and her overall delivery. I was very upset when I walked in the office because my account overdraft protection was removed no notice of any kind. She resolved my issue and I appreciate her for that. You never know what a person have going on and for her to help me like she did speaks volume on her behalf. Thank you Misty Watkins for being so professional and resolving my issue!

If you are looking to open up a business account, please do not bring your business here. Today makes the third time my money has been counted incorrectly. I have never been to a bank with counters that can not count money! If you do go, you have to make sure you tell them how much money you are giving them, or I guess they pocket they rest. Take your business elsewhere because we work too hard as a small business owner to have somebody else just take it.

Brittany Gibson was exceptional in getting me approved for a car loan from start to finish. I recently moved out of state and unexpectedly had car trouble and needed a new vehicle. Brittany actually found a car for me in excellent condition and at a reasonable price. She even negotiated the loan terms so that I would have affordable monthly payments, and worked with the dealership to complete my paperwork. This is my second time working with Brittany, and I would recommend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond to get you what you need. She is friendly, professional, and down to earth. If I ever need anything else, I know Brittany is someone I can count on.
