Rachel Savell and her staff are the absolute best!! I am a person of color and my husband loves country attire. The boot/country stores that we usually experience in south Mississippi usually aren't very kind or helpful to our kind whenever we shop there, which is why we usually shop online.. but CAVENDER'S of Hattiesburg is the exception!! They were so kind to us!! Sydney was amazing, knowledgeable, and so welcoming!! Country isnt even my personal style but the way I was treated there just made me want to spend all my money there!!

I went to buy my Dad some Ariat boots for Christmas & I will tell you, this store is AMAZING as well as their staff. Very impressive! Good job Cavenders!!!

Great customer service. The only reason for a one star review is because all they have is sizes for small people. What’s so hard about keeping more 3xl men’s sizes or even a bigger selection in the big and tall.

If you purchas anything there check your receipt. I asked associate about military discount and he sai yes. Said he didn't have to see id. I ask again during transaction if he wanted to see id and was told no. But discount wasn't on receipt. I am going to get my discount even when the other associate is rude. There was one employee that was courteous and helpful.

Was disappointed that did not have the size and the jeans that Iwanted. I was given information for ordering. Jeans were delivered promptly.

Cavenders manager says they don’t honor manufacturers warranties. Twisted X says warranties must be handled at the retailer where the purchase was made. Seem like a bit of a problem. Basically Cavenders says screw the customer. I’ll buy at boot country for now own since you can warranty something there.

Staff stands around and ignores customers. Store was slow on a Sunday. Only one actively helping folks was the Spanish speaking guy.

Great place to purchase denim jeans for the family. The staff is very friendly and will help you choose what clothing works best for you. They carry a ton of western wear and boots.
