Not even worth 1 star. If I could rate negative stars, I would. Customer service is disgustingly horrible. I walked into the store 3 people behind the counter, one sitting right beside the counter. I walked up to the counter as they were talking no acknowledgment at all. The people behind the counter never looked up from the computer screen, the one in the front was laughing as they were talking looked me dead in my face and looked away. Looked at me again and didn’t say a word. I stood there still nothing, no greeting what so ever, no how can I help you. So I walked right out and left. I will not be coming back or spend money here when I can’t be properly addressed. That’s a bad look for business!! I most definitely went some where else with better customer service.

In ordered a starter online and picked it up in store, paid to have the part put on and my vehicle still won’t start! The mechanic said my old part looked better than the new one. I immediately tried to call the store and to me my surprise, they are closed ? it’s Saturday and they wont be back open until Monday! I don’t know how this is going to turn out but I have a bad feeling. I’ve paid for labor and will basically have to pay for getting it taken off again and replaced

Radiator failure in late model QX70 Infiniti while traveling I-59 near Hattiesburg on Labor Day weekend (nothing open). Nursed car to first exit, stopped in gas station with steam pouring out. Mr. Boone, owner CARQUEST voluntarily stopped to help, then went to his shop brought antifreeze back, took time to help evaluate the mechanical problem and the availability of new radiator. He then recommended repair shops and offered a guide to local mechanics who could help. We were able to get the car repaired at a reputable and reliable shop. His kindness and attention enabled us to get Karen home for her medicine and to have the car repaired quickly. I am certain his attention to the fate of an elderly couple on the side of the road is also apparent in the services and products his company offers. I highly recommend.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. This is NOT a corporate store and the owner will try his best to rip you off!They ordered a part for my vehicle via special order, nonetheless it was not the correct part for my vehicle. The owner is refusing me a refund since it was a special order even though it was the wrong part. Not to mention it took the part over a month to come in. I will unfortunately have to waste my time suing him to get my money. Since the store is not corporate owned, the franchisee makes the rules. But please believe, I will tell everyone I know to never shop there, leave negative reviews and tell everyone they know not to shop there. This simple return will cost them alot more in the long run. AGAIN, go to another store DO NOT spend your hard earned money here!!!

My car battery died while I was at work. One of the associates drove to my job, installed the battery (in the rain) drove back to the store to charge my card, and drove back with a receipt for me. He was very friendly, as were the people I spoke to on the phone. It was a lifesaver for me. Fantastic service and friendly people. 10/10 would recommend.
