“Don't shop here unless you want a bad experience! Purchased my car in February of 2023. They told me it was driven by the owner's mother. Kept finding makeup spots in random places so I guess she liked putting makeup on in the car. Overthe summer whenever it was super hot, we noticed a smoke smell. I contacted my salesman, Clarence, who told me I was a customer for life. He told me to bring it by and they would fix it. Then he found out that since I had purchased it so long ago, there was nothing they could do. He did not disclose the car belonged to a smoker or I certainly would not have purchased it. So be warned, the crooks will sell you a smokers car, unless you specifically ask! Thanks for the valuable car buying lesson , Petro, and enjoy the money you made off me during a car buying crisis because it will be the last! I guess you just wanted the money now instead of fostering a lifelong relationship because I will buy a Honda or a Toyota next time! Buyers beware, they don't care about you as a customer! Once they have your money, they are done.”

“The customer service rep was very friendly, went with my Sister to help her get a rental for my Nieces Graduation. Actually learned something new like without a Major credit card you'll be required to supply an additional $500 + the cost of the rental. Again, friendly business but just make sure you have some form of Credit card on you prior to.”

“I had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman named Harvey at the Broadway drive location. He was very friendly, welcoming, professional and provided me with fast and satisfactory service. I rent through Enterprise regularly and I usually use the Hwy. 98 location, I did not have a pleasant experience at the Enterprise location on Hwy 98 by any employee including the manager but after speaking with Harvey about it, he made sure I left satisfied & gave me the upmost respect and valued customer service experience unlike the other location! He literally changed my perspective on renting through Enterprise again! Next time, I definitely want Harvey to assist me with all my car rental needs. Thanks again!”

“Had a fairly good experience with this company. Rented a standard vehicle from them, before I left the area I noticed a large knot in a tire. So I took it back and was given a nicer vehicle at the same rate. Also they do not allow you to smoke in their vehicles, $450 fee if they smell smoke upon return, they do tell you this before signing their contract. So do not smoke and think they won't smell it!! My reason for choosing this company is because their rates are a little cheaper than the more popular rental company, what I payed at Avis for a week, only would have gotten me a weekend at the more popular company. So for the most part I was satisfied.”

“After reading the reviews, I was very concerned using their service. My father had a doctor's appointment and needed special transportation because he needed to keep one leg straight, which made transferring to a car impossible. I do agree the people who answer the phone are not the friendliest, but that didn't bother me much. I was more concerned with the driver and his traveling experience. The driver was an hour early for his appointment, 15-30 minutes before I expected her to arrive. I had to rush to put on daddy's shoes and transfer him to his wheelchair. I followed behind her. Ms. Mary was an excellent driver. No sudden sharp turns or breaking at the last minute. When he was picked up, we only waited 40 minutes. I was very concerned about his wait because I read the horror stories. I will be using this service again.”

“After seeing all of the reviews, I have to say, I was a bit nervous to rent from this location. Not many options in Hattiesburg, so I kept my reservation. I picked up my car today and have ZERO issues/complaints. The lady who helped me was very polite and pleasant, the car was clean and a nicer car than what I even reserved.I’ll be retuning the car in Biloxi. Hopefully the return is as easy and painless as the pickup.”
