My daughter's phone was destroyed in an auto accident and I just wanted to transfer the number to another phone. The agent there told me that I couldn't do that. He said I would have to purchase a new phone. Let me tell you that she only had prepaid service. Then he said that I could purchase the cheapest phone which was 80$ and add a new line. I asked why would I do that Sir. He gave me all these answers which made no sense. So the bill would've been $110 a month. Did I mention this was for a prepaid phone?

I was a 3 year customer always paid my bill on time, and I was paying an extra $5.00 a month for paper billing. Well, I had to change my phone number because I was getting obscene phone calls and C-Spire just stopped sending the bills which caused a late payment that resulted in a $10.00 late fee. When I realized it was late, I rushed to the store to pay it and was handed a receipt for $10.00. I was charged $10.00 because I paid the bill at the C-Spire location. I was told, "we helped you pay your bill so we charged you $10.00". I was also told, "we switched you to paperless billing because you made a change to your account", yet I was still being charged for paper billing. A nice little scam they have going here. I bet it brings in millions of dollars per year. I should have canceled the service at that time but I didn't and now regret it. later I added a Wi-Fi hot spot to my account which I had to buy and after a few months it just stopped working for no reason and the tech support could not determine the cause so I canceled it. The clerk at the store told me I would have to finish paying for the defective device. I told her to make sure the billing dept did not take me off paper billing. Her attitude came across as not caring about what I had to say. Well, here we go again. Next bill didn't show up and when I realized it was late with 2 days before the next month due date, I called and talked to a representative which told me I would be charged $10.00 if I paid the payment over the phone or went to the store to pay it. So I went to the store to cancel my account. The clerk told me "they would cancel it in 11 days", which is the end of the billing cycle so they can charge me for the whole month. Then I was asked if I wanted to make a payment. I told him I was paying for paper billing and they could send me a bill. Companies like this get so big they feel they can do customers anyway they want and it won't hurt them if they lose one. but the reality is they will go out of business one customer at a time. The name of their company is stated to be customer inspired. Well get inspired with this review. POS company!

Went for help for a programming problem with my phone...the fix lasted all of 10 minutes....just long enough for me to leave the store....

Well, had to wait a little while, still haven't help repair my husband phone that has been hacked and screened locked, so I'm paying for a phone that can't be used, also found out that Purvis office did not take out insurance on my husband phone as I requested, so....
