“We went to Lowe's Hattiesburg during early Black Friday sale. I saw 3 dryers for sale in stock, called to confirm that one was availabl to purchase and drove to get it. When I arrived the website was still showing one available the young lady in appliances was not helpful nor enthusiastic about helping me locate the remaining dryer. She would not look in the back or help me search for the dryer I wanted. I was about to leave but the nicest man named Ray came to ask if I needed help looked in the back storage area and walked the floor to see if availabl. When it was obvious it was not available he looked at the computer saw one in Petal and called that store and had it held under my nam. He went above and beyond was polite friendly and just so helpful. I was so excited and grateful for his kindness and great customer service.”

“On our way out of Hattiesburg, we stopped in to check out their building materials. This would be our second time stopping buy. As we purchased a few items today to carry way back to where we traveled from, because it was worth purchasing. I tell you the truth, it is so much easier to patronize a business when the employees are very helpful, enjoy their duties & have exceptional customer service. This particular employee helped us before and was and today VERY, VERY HELPFUL & had patience the both times that we've stopped in. Watching him right now helping my partner to load our truck, I know, it's apart of their expectations, however, it's so hard to find really good, hard working, great customer service oriented employees to want to help the customers. Well, his name is Larry, he's one of the Assistant Store Managers, and when I tell you that he is Amazing, he NEVER rush us & he is TOP NOTCH! Dirt Cheap BEST pay him right & be really kind to him to keep him. When you find good employees, you do the BEST to keep them. Without good employees for long term it cost the company money & companies work well when they make money. Because of Larry & the Amazing good prices & products, we'll continue to shop at Dirt Cheap in Hattiesburg, Ms.The long drive is worth well it.”
